The whole experience was excellent

Just a minor point.... there is a sign in reception that states that you must obtain a carpark exit token as soon as car is parked, so after I had gone out and come back I queued at reception and obtained, only to find it doesnt work when you leave! Staff said they have to have the sign to deter shoppers using their car park (fair enough) but that tokens expire same day! So not really much use doing this if you are sleeping at hotel!

The lovely friendly staff. The room had wooden shutters which made it feel very contemporary. The swimming pool was a good size and warm. Very comfortable bed.

Bathroom could be updated a bit to match bedroom. Breakfast was a bit pricy for what you got but that might have been because we had been out late the night before.

Not a lot of parking spaces

The cleanliness and the facilities were brilliant, the location of the hotel was great and the staff were very helpful and polite.

It would have been nice to have a few more complimentary tea and coffee sachets within the room and we felt the price of breakfast was a bit high.

Went for the football location excellent also great for bars restaurants and shops

Our room was opposite the lift and so was woken several times in the early hours as other guests returning after a night out.

Room small. Hotel difficult to find - satnav couldn't cope! poor facilities in bedroom - lack of drawer space. No minibar. Requested room as near ground floor as poss. got 3rd floor. Car parking space limited.

When we got there the room was a twin , however when I informed the staff it was sorted right away , but the room we was put in the windows wouldn't close , in the bedroom or bathroom and there was a draft all night , not a very good sleep , also when we checked in there was a new girl training and she checked us in, but didn't inform us what floor our room was on, what time breakfast was very poor information . Also the swimming pool is very basic, the saunas are in the changing rooms , so u can't go in there with the person your staying with, thought for 80 a night it wasn't the best .

I come from Swansea but live away now; come back to see relatives. I liked everything about the hotel. Very friendly staff, lovely room and right in the centre of town.

Can't really think of anything I didn't like...

The large bath towels. The excellent mid day meal in the Brasserie.. really good value. The location.. good for the centre shops and market, the Marina or the Guild Hall. With free parking, the hotel was excellent value and very clean.

I thought a charge of £4.50 for a tray charge for room service was to much considering the menu wasn't that good for room service. The room was a great deal but food was to expensive.

Nice clean hotel located in the city centre. Rooms serviced daily and replenished. Staff very helpful and friendly

The bed was far too soft - if one person turned over, the other one moved too. There was a very noisy air conditioning unit a floor below us and it was constant.

Twin beds which were 2ft 6" and kept falling apart when I moved in the night. I specifically asked for a double on booking. Ordered a paper but had to collect it myself from reception which defeats the object really.

comfort of the rooms beds were really comfy.Location was very handy for walking into town.

lifts were a bit small

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Arrived early but they did their best to check us in ahead of time. Upgraded due to an issue with the toilet not working - a nice touch. Would recommend staying as it is conveniently located in the center of the town and has a free car park. Furthermore, the staff were all cheery and the rooms of a decent size.

The gym is very small. Car park is also small and very busy. On several occasions only one of the lifts worked which meant an extensive wait. It also stated it could fit 6 people, which was not the case. One person with 2 suitcases would fill it entirely.

The Breakfast meal was complete and staff was really nice, The hotel was quite.

My first impression in the hotel! The first lady at the reception I talked to for our check in was not really nice. But it seems we were unlicky because the other ladies were helpful.

Local to wind street which has all the main bars and clubs in Swansea. Nice pool, room was nice.

Car park is quite small and can be hard to find he entrance but it's free!
