Breakfast seemed expensive at £10.00 each for my wife and I on top of the room price, so we ate in town. Half the price and very good.

Comfy beds, polite staff, ease of parking, A small concern was that there was no safe in the hotel room for valuable items/security, also the health spa was unfortunately lacking a Jacuzzi. In my individual circumstance our bathroom shower took a full 10 minutes for the hot water to kick it- quite an inconvenience for us at the time. No other real problems.

the location, the Decor. Comfortable room and bed, the facilities, the staff were very friendly. The loud extractor fan below us outside the window. The room was very cold. The high priced food.

The staff were very friendly, our room was nice and clean. The breakfast was lovely, nice atmosphere. The room was tiny, the veiw from our room was awfull and it was very noisy in the night. We didnt get there till 6 so couldnt use any of the spa facilities as they were closed.

The hotel was in a good location, near to the centre and so a short walk to what Swansea has on offer. The "double room" was two single beds pushed together that wew different levels and sunk when you were in the middle. There was a noisy air vent outside the window meaning it had to be kept closed at night. The bin in the batroon needed cleaning and the paint on the wall was chipped. I would definantly not go to this hotel again considering the cost.

From the moment we set foot in the hotel we new we were in for a good time the staff were so helpfull the room was a good size and very clean only 5mins walk from the hotel it was easy to carry our shopping back a glass of wine before dinner set us up for a dining experience the food was excellant and again the staff were top rate thank you dragon see you again that for sure marty

Good price and location. It also has a gym, swimming pool and suana. The only thing they could improve is the weak shower in the bathroom.

It was a very hot two nights in the Hotel generally, too noisy to have windows open as we were at the back near the generators. All in all a pleasent stay which served the purpose for us. 1 point the kettle in room 501 to a little work to get to boil I had to wedge it at an angle to get it to boil, I did report it on departure

Location Our room had no bath, just a large shower in a large wet room but I think it was fitted out for use for a disabled person, and really I would of liked a bath and asked to be moved , but it was a large bed room which sort of compensated for haveing no bath.

Very friendly staff. Happy to please. Room comfortable and modern. Didn't eat in restaurant but room services was efficient and reasonable although £4.50 tray charge a bit much! Breakfast was ok - could be improved ie nicer bread for toast rather than heap sliced, better range of fruit, fresh tea for each table rather than coming round with an insulated tea pot to top up. Fine if it was fresh - but if it had been standing a while not so good Overall would definately stay again

Staff very pleasant. Room very good. It is our second experience of being allocated a "wet room". We had simply asked for a shower. We did not like the wet room, and it should be made clear in advance the types of room available.
