location to shops, restaurants & nightlife. Friendly staff. Not enough free car parking spaces although I was lucky to get the very last space. |

The staff were very friendly particularly the breakfast staff. To be honest I didn't have much contact with anyone else to compare. The carpets were terrible. |

I booked this hotel as my family (including my six week old nephew) were coming to visit me in Swansea. Thank you for you time in reading this, but I was disappointed with this hotel and I won’t be booking my family into this establishment on their return visit to Swansea. |

Tuesday morning breakfast was a shambles.When we arrived in the dining room at 9.05 there were no sausages,bacon,tomatoes and only one egg.these items were replenished in dribs and drabs.the eggs arrived just after 9.20 and when the hot cupboard was turned off at 9.30 most of the replenished food was unused.WHAT A waste. |

The location of the hotel was good for shopping & dining in Swansea.The free carpark was also very usefull. The building is of old consruction and hence the room was nice and quiet. The advertised air conditioning did not work properly. The room was a bit worn which gave the impression it was kept for "Booking.com" customers. I was charged for 2 newspapers & only received one. |

I was on the seventh floor and the shower did not get hot. Also it took a very long time for the hot water to come through the bath taps. |

The staff of the hotel were excellent and helpfull The mattress for the double bed is extermelly soft and not comfortable. |

I liked the structure of the hotel room it had a seperate living room area and sleeping area, very cosy like home. The price of room service and the fact that when i booked the hotel room the website did state that on saturdays there was karaoke which there wasnt. |

Central location, well decorated comfortable rooms, helpful staff. The fixtures and fittings in the rooms were of a high standard. Quiet and pleasant. Excellent leisure facilities The breakfast was too expensive for what you got |

Staff were very friendly, car parking was good. service was friendly, swift and efficient. I though the seperate sauna's for men and women was bizarre in this day and age. If you were with a partner as I was then it was rather annoying that we could not go in together. |
