Have been before when it was De Vere. It has lots its shine somewhat but the rooms are still in good condition and the addition of aircon is a boon. Rooms get unbearably warm even on cool days. The ambience and little touches (fresh milk, well stocked minibar, bathrobes, good coffee and cafetiere etc.), the loss of the lounge downstairs to a 'bistro'. |

We really enjoyed our stay at the Drapers Hotel. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and the food was excellent. |
