The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was very good and the service was also very good The bar prices seemed extremely expensive and there was not enough bar staff serving. At one point we were waiting 20mins to get served when it did not seem particularly busy |

It was very close to where I needed to be, friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was very good also. The other hotel guests were very noisey at night and early in the morning. My friends were in room 1 on their wedding night and were woken very early to noise also. |

The hotel is in a lovely country setting and is a great choice for both business and pleasure with its close proximity to Rugby and Coventry. Having the golf course, driving range and excellent putting green facilities makes it an excellent choice for golfers. |

Spacious and clean room. Snacks/meals in the bar are good and staff is very friendly. Full English breakfast is included. The area where the hotel is, is a bit remote so you definitely need a car if you want to explore Rugby, which is about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. |

efficient friendly check in, very clean and comfortable all hotels should offer no cost wifi these days in the room. The daily charge asked for was excessive in my opinion |

Friendliness of the staff There should be complimentary items like toothpaste even if it is at a cost. I did not like the idea of being referred to get one at a shop down the street when I requested for toothpaste. I stayed 2 nights and only one shower gel was replaced after my first night. I did not get another shampoo |

The room was very quite. The room was cold & there was only a small radiator. The overall feel of the room was of a budget hotel. |

The food was great! We couldnt get an iron when we were told they would be available, because of waiting for so long to get one, we missed dinner. We didnt get the iron until the next day! |
