With understated elegance and authentic English grandness, this luxurious 5-star hotel is beautifully set in a peaceful garden square, in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Formerly known as Cliveden Town House, the hotel is set within 3 red-brick Edwardian homes, which is reflected in the refined décor. Staying in this splendid town house will evoke a sense of old world romantic charm and elegance, for which the city of London is so famous, with the feeling of an English Country home.

Its location could not be better for the myriad of speciality luxury goods stores of Knightsbridge, Sloane Street and Kings Road. It is also just a stone's throw away from London's theatre land in the heart of the West End.

From the moment you arrive the Concierge Team are at your disposal, 24-hours a day, to personally arrange your chauffeur transfers to and from the hotel to the airport. Alternatively, help can be offered with that special occasion, with the perfect choice of restaurant and entertainment. Whether you are looking for a tour of historic Chelsea or a sought after-show event, the staff are always at your service.

The Donald Wolfit Suite is ideally suited for private meetings in boardroom style for up to 12 delegates. A beautiful oak panelled room with large patio windows opening onto the private garden square, Donald Wolfit is fully air conditioned and equipped with latest audio-visual facilities. It also benefits from the Peter O’Toole room opposite which provides a break out room if required.

Food & beverage

Whilst the Draycott does not have a formal restaurant, the London restaurant scene, especially around the hotel in Chelsea and Knightsbridge, is exciting and the range is varied.

24-hour room service, serving a selection of hot and cold dishes and beverages, is at your disposal. The welcoming breakfast room is also available should you wish to use it. Afternoon tea is served at 16:00 in the drawing room, followed by champagne at 18:00 - both with the hotel’s compliments.
