Draycott Hotel  

I loved the fireplace in my room. The room also was big and had all what one needs and more. The location is great.

The hotel had wet paint on one of the doors without a clear sign. When I informed the reception that my son's jacket was spoiled, nothing was offered until it was the day when we were leaving which was too late. Also, I urge everyone to check the final invoice. After I paid and left the hotel, I discovered that they charged for BF twice!!

Very nice stay, great location, loved the very traditional Edwardian decor, staff were very nice.

The hospitality and friendliness. It could have been stuffy, but it was not. As one previous guest put it, they should change nothing but the sheets!!

Only small, and vain complaint was the lighting for applying makeup was poor in our room.

Everything is just perfect. The staff Is very kind and helpful for anithing you need. I feel at home. It's a very elegant and charming hotel, and the location,Chelsea, is for me exactly the kind of place where life is just beautiful. This hotel is really nice and homey. It's located in a quiet street. The staff is very cordial and attentive to your needs. We'll definitely stay there again.

The touches which make you feel at home.

This is an unusual and very charming hotel. The rooms and public rooms are elegant, yet it has a very homey feeling, helped by the afternoon tea and evening champagne in the drawing room. The service was impeccable.

The only sour note at all was that the bill included a charge for two juice drinks from the mini bar, which I had not consumed. It was removed as soon as I indicated that I had not taken the drinks, but there must be something a little off in their control system for mini bar items.

My room didn't have a garden view as stated on booking.com for the category of room I booked - the lift is really small, in general most dimensions in the hotel are tiny as it used to be a house - but when you get used to it then it feels really nice and warm.

Das Hotel ist wie ein Haus oder ein Club. Für die Gäste wird um 4 Tee serviert, um 6 Champagner und um 9 heisse Schokolade ! Sehr ruhig, mit einem wunderschoenen Garten und nur ein paar Schritte von den Geschaeften u. Restaurants von Chelsea und Knightsbridge .

Gastfreundlichkeit, konsequenter, authentischer aber unaufdringlich-natürlicher viktorianischer Stil. Freier Tee und Schokolade. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Instalações e localização muito boas, pessoal muito simpático e solícito. Apartamentos muito confortáveis com vista e acesso a um jardim maravilhoso, sensação de estar hospedados em casa de amigos, e amigos ingleses .

Deixei de recomendar o hotel a amigos com dificuldade de locomoção. O acesso aos apartamentos é um pouco confuso com muitas subidas e descidas de degraus. Para quem vem da América Latina, cujos voos chegam em sua maioria bem cedo, e saem à noite, sentimos muita falta de uma politica que garanta early check-in e late check- out.
