Spacious, immaculate apartment! Amazingly helpful staff! Great location! Would definitely stay here again!!

Well situated secure and comfortable

I love the holyrood area and its in the perfect location. You have a view of Arthurs seat and the beds were super comfortable

Well organised booking in process - good communication with the office. Met by rep who gave us the keys and explained the facilities in the apartment. Very flexible in check-out times.

Lack of mirrors in the bedrooms / living area.

These apartments are huge, very well appointed and feel luxurious. Leather sofas so comfortable after walking the city's hills all day! The living area is large and comfortable with excellent adjoining kitchen area. Beds SOOO comfortable too. The area is quiet but only 20 mins walk to the city centre and a lovely walk through Holyrood Park if visiting student offspring in Pollock Halls- again 15-20 mins walk max. Next to Dynamic Earth and Scottish Parliament, plus views if the Craggs, and with a Tesco Extra 1 minute away this is a perfect location. If our daughter earns a place at the University this will be our regular visiting haunt!

Great city centre location overlooking Dynamic Earth and the Crags. The apt was very spacious, a nice design and had a balcony to watch the world go by which was a lovely touch especially for people watching during the festival! You could also request a parking space.

Great location. The apartment had everything and more that you could need. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a short break in the heart of Edinburgh. The parking is a big bonus.

The apartment has sliding doors which are supposed to be automated which didn't work. The worst part about this was a large panel missing from above the doors which drew our attention to the electrical workings of the mechanism. The rug in the hall was very slidey on the wooden floor (possible slip hazard).

Friendly and cleanness

We loved this apartment. Clean, updated. Very nice view...great location. Our only complaint was the master bed had a big dent in it so I slept in the other room while my husband sleep in the master room. Everything else was great and would highly recommend.

Spacious and a great location.

It needs better curtains - the blinds are not enough to stop the sun coming in early in the morning - even when the weather is quite miserable, as it was.

Everything about this apartment was great.

Location is excellent, right at the bottom of the Royal Mile yet nice and quiet, brilliant. Covered secure parking included. Will definetly keep details for future use.

Minor issues concerened tiled floor in en-suite bathroom is lifting. Only two champagne flutes for party of four

Like its name, it is a dreamhouse, just beside the holyrood palace, everything is fantastic, strongly recomended

10 min from centre with all the attractions nearby. Good layout of apartment, very spacious and light.

some additional improvements could be made to accommodation eg. floor scratched due to no protection on legs of sofa and chair.

Excelente apartamento, muy grande, equipado y con una magnifica ubicacion. Hay un supermercado a unos 25 metros que nos permitían hacer la compra diaria.

Die zentrale Lage der Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck war sehr überschaubar und auch nicht wirklich sauber. Unser Apartment war im Erdgeschoss und sehr dunkel, würden wir so nicht mehr nehmen.

Apartment was nice and clean. The location and proximity to city center was great. I drove so liked the free secured car park.

The countryside was very nice. Our apartman was comfortable and modern. The service was full. We were pleased with everything.

Great location - Less than a mile from the train station and a couple of minutes away from the Royal Mile. Nice apartment - Stocked with everything we needed (TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer, drinking glasses, plates, and silverware) Quick service - The smoke alarm kept on beeping and it was fixed as soon as I sent out an email to the contact person.

Near the trash dumpsters. In the morning, I heard multiple people dragging their trash bins in the street. The shower did not drain very well.

Great location with zecure parking. You can walk to most things and the bus is outside. Holyrood palace is down the road, Edinburgh Castle a 10 min walk and pubs and Tesco at your door. This is a graet place to stay

The staff that gave us the key spoke english that was hard to be understood unless you're good at listening to strong scottish accent. The light in the en-suite room of the apartment was not working. The internet was really slow that it basically wasn't working at all. There were no place for us to store our luggages at all even at the reception though they allowed us to check-out one an a half hour later than the time given. It's quite convenient as well because there's a taxi stand just across the road of the apartment. Overall it's fine.
