Location very good & was warm n cosy One of the double beds was broken in the middle & the front room is very dull...more lighting needed. Its overpriced for what it is...i guess between £75/£100 per night compared to hotels...BUT Definately not £150 a night..

Location is the key here its is close to city centre for everything. Free car park in any city is a big bonus. The member of staff who greeted us was great and helped us out as much as she could. Tesco and great coffee shop beneath the building. The apartment was warm and it was serviced as you would expect in a hotel with the bed re made and the bathroom cleaned and towels replaced. We did like the apartments but as explained in the minus section the standards need to be improved for the price charged. Major lack of attention to detail if these apartments want to classed as luxury. No welcome pack in either of the flats. Tea/coffee no milk as advertised. The first apartment allocated to us had a door missing from the sink cupboard, the toilet had been used but not flushed the kitchen bin had not been emptied and the tv didn't work. There was only one wine glass (although the staff member did go and get more). When we said we were not happy we were moved to another apartment where the microwave was lying on its back in a cleaning cupboard so we didn't know if we could use it. Poor range of plates, cups etc

Huge apartment with all you need The acoustic isolation was practically non-existent through the windows. You heard everything from the street. Since I specifically asked for a quiet room this was somewhat disappointing.

We had a 15 month old baby in our group and having room to move about, to cook and hang out was great. It really worked out well and we would use the service again. A neighbour complained to the rep when we arrived about the calibre of people staying at the apartments as they are within other privately rented apartments. I would find it difficult as a resident to have so many different people coming and going all the time. Although of course, we were the perfect guests! There was a boiler issue on arrival and a delay with keys, but it all worked out ok.

Apartments were beautiful and had everything you needed on hand. Great city location. The partying in the apartment above us lasted all night and into the following day till noon. The noise and abuse they were displaying to passing members of the public below was frankly disgusting and offensive. I like to party myself but every passing drunk had an invite to the "Party flat" above me. Shouting and screaming abuse at every member of the public dressed as santa in the morning (there was a charity santa dash on in george square) and calling them f*****g paedophiles. Women and children included.

Location Extremely hard to find apartment initially as there is no signage and the address given was too vague. Apartment was poorly equipped, no tea towels, washing up brush or dishwasher tablets. Window catch was broken in living area therefore couldn't close window and made the apartment cold. Generally not to the standard of other apartments and would probably choose another company on my next visit to Glasgow.

Brilliant location right in the centre five minutes walk from the main shopping centre, all amenities were excellent, parking underneath, Tesco next door and was also given website to order take away right to our door! Very clean and everything needed even two cot beds and high chairs which were immaculate! Only thing we had an issue with was that they forgot to tell us about using the fob to get out of the carpark and realised after we had posted them through letter box! But wasn't a problem they came and let us out. Isn't a dislike but should be noted :) And it is very warm in there which I loved but some might not! Again not a dislike and we would definately stay again! :)

Location is excellent. Parking was convenient. The apartment was easy to find. Staff and check-in was excellent. The apartment was really clean. It was fantastic for us with the two kids (1yr and 3 yrs), they supplied a travel cot and highchair ready for when we arrived. The mini-supermarket and coffee shop adjacent to the entrance was really handy!!! The apartment is for 4 people, however there were not enough plates, cups for 4. There is a brilliant oven and grill BUT no oven tray, grill pan or anything that can go in the oven. Also no oven gloves - no ideal. When we were there, the DVD and internet access did not work.

The Dreamhouse is very nice, clean and confortable... Great location. Is not very cheap. When I was there, in the kitchen had just 1 knife, 1 fork and 1 glass. I asked on the second day to a member of staff but she said that will make a replacement from other apartament but I was there for 4 days and don't come someone to give me these basic utensils.

Freedom of movement and space, and close to city. It was on a noisy thouroughfare. A casino was close by and you could hear the revellers passing by early in the morning. The traffic noise was loud too.

We arrived at the apartment at 5.30pm on Friday 28th September; we were met with Tracey who was very helpful. We were the first people to rent the apartment and we were a bit disappointed that it hadn’t been stocked completely. There was no soap in the bathrooms or kitchen and very little toilet roll in the toilets, luckily I walked round and checked the bathrooms and asked Tracey if there were more supplies of toilet roll and hand soap which there wasn't. Tracey had to go to the shop to buy supplies but I was a bit disappointed that she returned with only 1 hand soap which wasn't any good as there were 2 bathrooms that we used. Apart from that that I couldn't fault the apartment but if I were to compare them to other apartments I have stayed in in Glasgow and Edinburgh I would say the other apartments were much more luxurious. Regards
