Score from 215 reviews Very good
Dirty, in very poor condition and in the basement so didn't feel safe at all.
Location was excellent. The flat was absolutely fantastic with plenty of room, clean and kitted out to a very high standard. Very pleased.
No board games/activities for rainy nights in. Main sink in communal toilet had a leaking tap otherwise perfect.
Location was good for shopping, bars & restaurants
Furnishings wern't great. Sofa & bed uncomfortable. Some lights wern't working. Reported this on first day. Told it would be sorted on second day. Still not looked at by the time we left. (5 day visit).
Quite literally Everything!
Honestly - nothing! This was a perfect weekend
Location, spaciousness were great.
Could have been a little cleaner. I also would have liked to have a wash cloth to wash my face.
Great location and lovely spacious apartment.
Could have been cleaner no starter pack like listed in information pack milk and bottled water.
It was a fantastic apartment in a wonderful location. I couldn't recommend highly enough
The only downside was the inability to control the heating temperature
Very dimly lit in bedrooms. Needed a good dust. Paintwork and finishing a were dated.
Apartment was amazing very spacious with an upstairs for bedrooms. Phoned the office to arrange arrival and was met at the door checked in shown around and asked if I had any more questions. I stayed in a group of 6 friends for a birthday weekend and the apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
The only bad thing about this apartment was the living room door handle was missing on one side so we had a bit of difficulty getting out but just kept the door open from then on.
Beautiful rooms lovely furnishings
Heating system could do with a thermostat to control the heating general repairs required toilet seat and hole in en suite bathroom
The location, the space in the flat, the clean linen and towels, the heating, the option to have the flat serviced in the morning.
It needed a wee bit TLC. Coat of fresh paint, steam clean the sofas. Mattress protectors on the beds would have been appreciated.
Made very welcomed by staff apartment was beautifully presented very clean and spacious Great location easy walk to city and surrounding areas
No welcome pack as stated in brochure. No tea towels Both beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on, ended up sleeping on the couch. They need to do something about this if they want our return visit
The apartment was spacious and within easy reach of Glasgow city centre, motorways and airport.
The apartment was not clean on our arrival. Floors in particular were dirty and very dusty under beds etc. Soft furnishings (cushions) were ripped and torn with stuffing spilling out. General maintenance was poor. 50% of the light bulbs in main living area needed to be replaced and the ensuite bathroom door could not be closed because door handles were missing/broken. Sound proofing from upstairs residents was very poor.
It was spacious and well maintained. Perfect for staying with family. Very quite area.
It was 15 mins to walk to the city centre and 15 mins walk in the other direction to the Glasgow Uni. It was poorly positioned for either way.. Also there is no subway station nearby so either you walk or take a taxi.
Quit and clean
1-high floors and no lift 2-it is not hotel it is an appartment 3-no reception or room service or concerge 4-take time to check in
Upgraded from one bedroom to two bedroom apartment. Parking excellent. A beautifully appointed penthouse apartment, within easy walking distance to city but...
Somehow the cleaners had slipped up. Chewing gum stuck to a table mat, Beercans and a cigarette packet on window ledge outside bedroom window and dishes left in the dishwasher.
The apartment was very nice and comfortable and in a good location for getting to Glasgow University and fairly close to a metro stop. The neighborhood itself isn't anything to write home about and the building could use some minor upgrades but the apartment is comfortable and clean.
Just perfect. A very pleasant stay. Spacious rooms, nice location, good equipment and a very reasonable price. This was the last point of our long journey over the UK, and my family considered this the best possible final place to stay. Again, just perfect!
good location for city centre with secure parking
poor wi-fi for the kids
