Staff pleasant, and helpful Window did not close properly, therfore noise from road was heard for most of night, also due to window, a draft was noticable. Bed against a luke warm radiator ment room did not heat well. |

It was quiet and peaceful. When we arrived, the windows were wide open, the heating was off, and it was freezing. When we turned the radiators on, they did not heat up fully. |

unable to get in late at night without ringing bell and banging door for twenty minuets, even though there was a night porter, who you obviously had to wake up. |

The bar staff made me feel very at home and relaxed after a very trying day at the hospital. That was much appreciated. I had to wait almost a half hour to check out as the credit card machine malfunctioned. I finally paid by check as I had to get back over to hospital to my husband. I still would have liked to have used our credit card rather than check. |

La hall è molto accogliente per l'arredamento e per l'abbondanza di fiori freschi. Il personale è molto disponibile. Curata anche la cucina. La stanza da bagno è piccola e i sanitari sono vecchi |
