Drummond Hotel  

Friendly staff . comfortable rooms & beds public rooms & bedrooms all a good size Plenty of car parking spaces .good food. A lovely little chapel within the hotel . Good floor in the reception area suitable for dancing . PS for mature couple read mother & daughter

The reason for my stay.

Location (quiet), Good food, Comfortable rooms (some have nice view), Friendly staff.

Entrance could do with a better ramp.

Staff friendly & welcoming. Food excellent and very reasonably priced in the bar area where I ate. Room clean, comfortable and had everything you could need available - tea, coffee, iron & ironing board , TV with complete Freeview & RTE services. Comfortable well furnished reception lobby. Breakfast good with choice of cereals, juices and cooked breakfast options.

Shower curtain kept clinging to me while showering. Shower head fixed at quite a low height. Room walls quite thin meaning I could hear the guest in the next room coughing, snoring etc.

A clean friendly hotel, Food was excellent, I would stay there again.

The friendliness of the staff. The hotel was well placed for what I wanted.

Could do with a lick of paint and new carpets.

friendly bar staff and reception staff. they kind enough to allow me to store my road bikes in one of the rooms during my stay

unforrtunalty there was no sky tv in the bar to watch the football. but that was it. nothing else. very enjoyable stay.

The room was very comfortable with a duvet on the bed instead of a woolly blanket.

I was the only person in the bar wishing to order food. I stood at the bar for at least 5 minutes until the barman (who could clearly see me and was cleaning glasses) asked me what I wanted. Also the TV in the room had 2 channels, neither of which were of interest to me. I would have thought in the modern world of satellite or even freeview TV, that more choice would be available. These two details stand out for me, and spoiled an otherwise enjoyable short stay.

Always a great family friendly atmosphere when I stay there. The owner Jim and staff cannot do enough for you! Amost as good as staying at home! Its the sort of place you look forward to visiting!

The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. We arranged to meet a friend there and to be honest I would probably not picked that particular hotel but I am so glad that we stopped there. Loved it so much we want to go back next year

Although the bar food was great I would have liked to eat in the restaurant again, Not just at the weekends

Top of the list has to be the friendliness and helpfullnss of all the staff. No more than you would expect from Irish hospitality but great to have it confirmed all the same. Meal menu selection and prices were good.

no complaints really. I was surprised to be charged £79 per night for my room when it advertised $49 per room outside the hotel but that is nit picking. I accepted the prices quoted, end of story.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and had all the facilities I needed. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was well cooked. The setting of the hotel is very attractive and it has plenty of parking.

Pasted the hotel. Too many signs about. Rather than just hotel namein fact passed it twice|. .

I enjoyed my stay at the drummond the staff were very friendly the rooms were modern and comfortable as well as clean. The food was good and plenty of it. There was a local pub and then there was limavady just 3 miles away with some nice shops, pubs and restaurants.

Excellent venu for a civil wedding & wedding reception. The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our 2 night stay. |It was especially nice to see that the owners were very hands-on as well. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and functional, The bar food menu is more than adequate and the barstaff were very friendly & helpful

As a smoker it would have been nice to see a more adequate smoking area

The friendliness of the staff from reception through to dining and relaxing later in the bar...very attentive at all times.

Nothing - just wish I was able to spend more time at the hotel

the staff were very friendly and helpful...couldnt do enough for you and we had never stayed before - not having seen us before they were great...would definitely go back hopefully under different circumstances and we had to stay because my husband had to go through surgery at the nearby North West Independent Clinic...
