This family-run hotel offers a warm, friendly, comfortable and relaxing stay in Loch Ness, and is housed within the world-famous Loch Ness 2000 Exhibition Centre. Visit the exhibition center’s fantastic, 5-star multimedia exhibition, narrated into 14 different languages. There is a variety of shops in the complex including the Nessie shop and the whiskey shop, and all things Scottish with a huge variety of products to remind you of your time at Loch Ness. The newly refurbished Loch Ness Bistro features the freshest local cuisine, and there is regular Scottish entertainment and a guaranteed good time with fellow guests and staff in the Loch Ness Bar. Staff were very friendly during the whole stay! Room was comfortable, maybe place is due for an upgrade soon. But was nice! Location was perfect for ggw.

Absolutely fantastic,i had my niece over from Australia and we both enjoyed our stay tremendously,our only regret is that we couldnt stay longer.i will not hesitate to stay again next time im up there,thanks to the Hotel,and all the lovely staff for making us feel so welcome.

As the postcode provide by the hotel was not so correct, so we've got lost nearby the hotel, the male clerk was really nice and drive leading the way to the hotel even during the middle night. We were travelling during the Ester holiday and it's hard to get a quality room, so we trusted Drummadrochit.However we could not get a double room but a single for two people instead, I called twice for information before I made the reservation but never got through, so I just booked and went there at mid-night then been informed that we had to pay double the price. So we paid 75 pounds for a room like 9 square meters. This sheet happened the first time over all my life. The night I feel like I was the fish on the pan, just let them fried.

It was very near of the lovely village of Drumnadrochit and Loch Ness. It is the worse hotel I have never been in my live. Small an dirty rooms. The bathroom smells because of the humidity. The kettles was out of work, they said that it will be chage for one new, but it never happened.The breakfast was reheated.

Room 12. Overall the room was good , The bath room we felt was a bit out dated,the grout joints in the shower were black as was the sealant around the bath,the shower head was black and needed a good clean. Room 21. Lack of hot water second shower was cold .

Staff provided excellent service no matter the request. Very friendly and helpful. Nice quiet stay. We had the window opened the entire time and there was never any disturbing noise.Beautiful location. Excellent food.

The staff and management were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all friendly. Food at the restaurant was good and value for money. The room was a bit tired but overall the service outweighed this. We would certainly consider staying here again The elderly lady at the Nessie Shop attached to the Hotel was very rude and unhelpful. Whilst the lady in the Whisky shop gave excellent service and was very friendly
