New Drumossie Hotel  

Stayed after attending a wedding. Staff were outstanding, service & food were excellent. Room was one of the best I have stayed in: very large bed and luxurious bathroom with separate shower and bath.

There was nothing I could say I particularly liked as the hotel was tired and dated.

I found the hotel to be tired and dreadfully lacking in facilities. The bathrooms are without heating and despite good pressure from the taps, the shower pressure can generally be described as laughable. This problem has existed since opening in 2004 and has still not been fixed. I also make a point of never again staying in a hotel where any issue I raise is met with the response, "we've never had any complaints before sir." Such responses are always a blatant lie and suggest instruction from senior management to never accept the validity of any problem. That a supposedly modern hotel has never seen fit to offer decent showers is utterly unacceptable and indicative of a business which has no concern for the opinions of its customers. Other issues: terrible beds, old TVs with awful picture quality, generally uninterested attitudes of staff.

A great hotel and location for a relaxing break. The hotel was well positioned for Inverness and the Highlands, the facilities, food and staff were all excellent. We would recommend this hotel and intend to stay again soon. Dr Graham and Mrs Yvonne Evand

We attended a wedding being held at the Hotel so it was extremely convenient to stay there. The staff were friendly, very helpful and everything was very efficient. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and the curtains hung properly. Good housekeeping!

The bathroom was very cold.

I had a hot bath but my husband who tried to have a bath after me had a stone cold bath.
