Good location, about 10 mins drive to inverness town. Quiet location and the grounds surrounding the hotel are very nice and well kept.Breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit, fresh pastry's & cereal. Something for everyone to eat.Staff were friendly and helpful. Only dislike, the sheet on our bed was white with some blackness on it, more like the blackness was a permanent feature. I forgot to report this to reception staff as I left as we were in a hurry checking out. The hotel needs to invest in new sheets for the bed and check to make sure the sheets are white all over.

Loved the atmosphere. where it is situated just out of Inverness. the food was lovely , and the staff friendly especially at dinner, bedroom excellent. loved it . It would be nice to have a spa etc here the scrambled eggs for breakfast did not taste of anything, and how he got them that colour is beyond me... we have been brought up on a farm so used to having eggs scrambled...

Lovely big room with pleasant outlook, enormous bathroom with plenty of room to put personal items. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful and very professional, especially the duty manager. Water pressure in shower was poor. After flushing toilet cistern only refilled with a trickle, therefore at least 10 minutes before it could be used again.

The spacious rooms/bathrooms.Also spacious lounges etc. Paying through booking.com we paid nearly £40 more than other guests as we were attending a wedding there. We would not be conned into booking with booking .com again especially as it meant paying in full up front which was risky as the weather was unpredicatable.

Excellent staff, service, location etc Only a personal note but I felt the food, mainly breakfast, was overpriced. Although in my case it was an inclusive price. Maybe I am more used to quantity rather than quality!

Breakfast buffet table was spotlessly clean and continually checked and restocked by attentive staff. Mattress on bed extremely comfortable. Shower cubicle v spacious Found room and lounge area to be quite cold, but during the night the bedroom became v hot, was difficult to manage temperature, otherwise we were perfectly satisfied.

Staff were friendly and efficient. On first night guests in adjacent room were thoughtless and noisy until 3am. In the morning we requested a room change and this was granted.

The New Drumossie Hotel is an excellent hotel and deserves its 4stars and more. All areas are extremely clean, the staff are the friendliest I have encountered in any hotel. The food is quite simple out of this world. I will definitely be returning in the near future. There were no negatives about this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Situated in the country. Not far from Inverness. Food very good. Great facilities. Very clean. Friendly staff. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, ended up with a sore back for the rest of the day!

Great location. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Although the room was comfortable and the bed spotless there was lots of thick dust on top of pictures, some fittings and bathroom door. Either this room had not been in use for some time or just had not been serviced properly. A bit disappointing considering it is a 4 star hotel.
