Schysst rum ,kul med golf. Vi är inte allt för förmögen så hade varit bra med lite billigare room service som alternativ...fast förstår dom har d priser dom valt. |

The staff were very attentive and the food in the bistro was excellent The bedroom was cold on entering andthe bathroom was cold and had an unpleasant smell. |

Attentive staff and good facilities. Decor too dark, and generally over-plush. Pretentious. Ridiculous duvet - far too hot for the summer. No alternative of blankets offered. |

The rooms are very masculine-you had to move the bedside table to plug in the hairdrier and be near a mirror.I am female and on business in hotel-luxury but not equipped for women.Toiletries also male oriented-no body lotion. |

The room was sheer luxury. The staff were very helpful and polite. Room service was excellent. Although the hotel was a little pricier than others it was well worth the extra money. The gym was far too small and too limited in its equipment. The hotel should really think about expanding this especially for visitors in the winter who may not want to run outside. |

wonderful room,best bathroom, amazing lobby, great furniture. clean, elegant, fresh, high standard. clean and fresh towels and bed sheets. really small gym, no swimming pool at all |

comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a great location in the west end of glasgow made for a winning combination and excellent value for money for the rate i paid; there has been qa change of ownership since my last stay here around 10 years ago, but it seems that standards have been maintained. |

We only stayed one evening ,we had dinner which was just lovely and breakfast in the morning also lovely ,it was a surprise birthday to my husband and he thought it was just brilliant thankyou very much |

The helpful and attentive staff. Thought I was going to get a bottle of Whisky in my room but didn't. Also, I found booking the hotel was highly problematic. Firstly I phoned the hotel directly - but was unable to book a room even though there was lots available on the web. |

the attention and information from the hotel staff was excellent and the food was of the highest quality.would certainly recommend was not aware one had to book in advance for dinner.this should be made clear on the website |

This is not the hotel to stay at if you are young couple as they are not interested. The quality of rooms are very poor considering it's reputation as a supposedly 5 star hotel. General housekeeping is very poor, the lack of cleaniness was very surprising |

We had the best meal we have ever had while eating in the restaurant, staff and service throughout the hotel are amazing, the rooms are beutiful with a four poster bed in ours along with a luxurious deep set bath and seperate monsoon shower. very relaxing stay all in enjoyed everything. couldn't sit in the fantastic smoking area after about 11, but this is understandable as there are rooms around. |
