Staff seemed pleasant and helpful and the location is great. The first room we were in, the boiler was broken and even though they knew about this in reception we were still put in there. After complaining as it was 0 degrees Celsius or less that evening in London, we got to change rooms. However this room was half the size of the original one, and was too hot. The windows so not open in these rooms either. Also, there needs to be a lot of work done on the decor of both the rooms and the dining room. |

It was in a good location and very reasonably priced. The fire alarm went off in the night which rather annoying and meant that it was hard to get a good nights sleep. |

clean room Put in order fire alarm, because night want to sleep...Breakfast was very poor, - only tea, instant cofee, jam, bread and butter. Can to give cheese or sausage... |

This hotel is not a good one honestly, but I paid really small amount of money. I did not have to worry about my baggages (I would be if I stayed in hostels.) Anyone who dont have enough budget, it will be ok. Note that it does not have good facilities. Before me, I guess lots of people smoked in that room, it was quite smelly although it went away in a while after I opened the window. They should take care about the bad smell. |

The room was right at the top of the hotel, no lift, very cramped room, bathroom not very nice, door held open with a peice of string, bedroom window catch very loose, bed very uncomfortable. |

Relatively short distance to city centre, and the price was ok - 2nights twin room £65. The tv works fine, and the beds are quite good. Didn't bother to check out the breakfast. You might want to do something about the showers. It smells real bad, and there is almost no water. It's not possible to close the window, that's not that important to me, but the hotel must be losing money on electricity there. |

The location is really good, which nearby the tube, and supermarkets around...very convenient. Even if the room is quite normal, but pay the very reasonable price for this kind of room is still very worthy in London anyway. |

It was nice hotel,close to Clapham south underground station,so good conection with center of the town.The walls were thin and you can hear your neighbors.Our room was in the basement and it was not this what we expected,but it was ok,no noise from the street.Also there is close big store and nice park. |

Convenience of nearby underground station. Nice view of the Common. Quick response to complaint regarding lack of hot water in the morning and rectification of same No hot water first thing in morning. Traffic noise was intrusive but not unexpected in this part of London. |

The staff were frendly, this hotel is more of a budget hotel which is ideal if your not expecting to much. Some rooms cleaner than others. |

It was simple, clean and close to the tube station. The shower was awful, it just dribbled. There were wires hangin out of an old socket which looked rather dangerous, the cleaners were very loud in the mornin chatting outside our room. |

It was only a few metters from the Claphpam South Tube Station, nice building. free Wi-Fi Internet at the reception. I visited this Hotel again 2 years ago and I would certainly recoment this. Best value for money Better Breakfast and we had Wi-Fi Internet only at the reception. |

I only used the hotel to sleep in overnight and didn't use any facilities so it was adequate for that reason. I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay but it served it's purpose for me. The map attached to the website didn't show the precise location, it was further away from Clapham Common tube station than it said, Clapham South is much nearer. |

Great location near clapham south underground station. In the nice, safe and calm Clapham junction. The room was small and dirty, the bathroom, even smaller and more dirty. I'm 6'3" and the bed about 6'. The hotel staff all the time busy with god might know what. |

Staff were helpful and courteous, good location easy to find....rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was beter than i thought it would be...good value for money. In need of updating.....bedroom furniture is like what you would find in a bedsit. I have no real complaints however as these issues are all reflected in the price. Pay a bit more, get a better standard...The information about how to get there stated to get off at Clapham common tube station, however i think you will find a much shorter walk from Clapham south tube station.... |
