Hangulatos, tiszta, kényelmes szobák voltak. Könnyen megközelíthető.

Nagyon udvarias, figyelmes és vendégszerető személyzettel rendelkezik. Egyszerű, de komfortos szobaberendezés. Tiszta szoba és szálloda. Ár/érték arány rendkívül jó.

Staff seemed pleasant and helpful and the location is great.

The first room we were in, the boiler was broken and even though they knew about this in reception we were still put in there. After complaining as it was 0 degrees Celsius or less that evening in London, we got to change rooms. However this room was half the size of the original one, and was too hot. The windows so not open in these rooms either. Also, there needs to be a lot of work done on the decor of both the rooms and the dining room.

It was in a good location and very reasonably priced.

The fire alarm went off in the night which rather annoying and meant that it was hard to get a good nights sleep.

This hotel is not a good one honestly, but I paid really small amount of money. I did not have to worry about my baggages (I would be if I stayed in hostels.) Anyone who dont have enough budget, it will be ok. Note that it does not have good facilities.

Before me, I guess lots of people smoked in that room, it was quite smelly although it went away in a while after I opened the window. They should take care about the bad smell.

Relatively short distance to city centre, and the price was ok - 2nights twin room £65. The tv works fine, and the beds are quite good. Didn't bother to check out the breakfast.

You might want to do something about the showers. It smells real bad, and there is almost no water. It's not possible to close the window, that's not that important to me, but the hotel must be losing money on electricity there.

Cheap and close to central London. It's a place to sleep, but that's about it.

The rooms are old and not very well maintained.

The staff were frendly, this hotel is more of a budget hotel which is ideal if your not expecting to much. Some rooms cleaner than others.

for me it was very practical because i had a birthday party very close to the hotel and it wasnt too far from central London reason for my choice

It was only a few metters from the Claphpam South Tube Station, nice building. free Wi-Fi Internet at the reception. I visited this Hotel again 2 years ago and I would certainly recoment this. Best value for money

Better Breakfast and we had Wi-Fi Internet only at the reception.
