We now have an email from them saying we took the free parking card which if not returned they will charge us One hundred pounds for, we returned it before we left, a misunderstanding I hope. The stuff was helpful and friendly. Room was small but nice with a good view. There was a TV, tea/coffee facilities, special equipment to warm up the room. Quite easy to wake up because someone is taking shower or walking around, but that's not too bad. The room was not perfectly clean when I arrived, but that was sorted out quite quickly.
