The breakfast, very pleasant, the garden great especially as it was so hot. The room was no smoking but smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. Very noicy, night traffic prevented sleep. |

Friendlyness of staff room not cleaned at start of stay, shower filthy, they were redecorating the accomadations and trying to improve the standards, I think they will get there. |

Not a lot really, very disappointing. Overall cleanliness of bedroom and toilet facilities left a lot to be desired. The toilet, which was serving six rooms, wasn't cleaned at all during our stay. |

The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was also no noise from the pub itself in the upstairs rooms which made it even more comfortable for sleeping. |

St Austell Unclean room - carpet dirty with half used toiletries. Also the room I booked was a fire escape route so I could not lock my bedroom through the day!! Is this legal?????????? No other rooms were available so I could not swap but I would not recommend this room to anyone!! I think this should have been mentioned on the booking. One of the owners attitude could have been more 'friendly' too!! |

The staff were extremely helpful and the food was fairly priced and plentiful The room could have been cleaner, carpet needed hoovering. |
