Nothing really, my stay was great.
If you are arriving by car then it is tricky to negotiate the narrow, one way system to find the car park. This worked for me: From College St turn into Ann's Place go down to the bottom and around the little roundabout. Take a left exit up St James St and carry on up until you can turn left into La Rue Marguerite, for a few yards only before bearing left into Lefebvre St. The Duke of Normandie car park entrance will be on your right. Watch out for the one way signs.
Fantastic location in the centre of town whilst being in a quiet area. All the staff are extremely helpful and I found the customer service I received from the front desk and the restaurant staff to be faultless. Gluten free bread was provided at breakfast with no bother. The room was well equipped with a large double bed, an iron, ironing board, decent hairdryer, toiletries and dressing gown, TV with numerous channels, DVD player and Internet. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit.
