Helpful staff. Pleasant room with attractive decor. Pleasant dining room. Pillows too high. Quilts too hot so that one had to remove the covers for use as a sheet. |

Central location.. Breakfast was good and food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent. Room was on the small side, particularly the bathroom which was more like a cupboard. Noisy at night. |

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Good central location just off the high street and near to the main facilities of the town We had a room right by the entrance to the courtyard. The bathroom was on street level right by the road. The traffic outside, although not on a busy road, was very noisy when it did pass by. Worst of all was the daily collection of the refuse - at 4.45 in the morning!! The lorry was very noisy outside our room, added to this was the noise of the rubbish containers being dragged across the courtyard. We could hear people in the adjacent rooms commenting on the noise. A nice hotel - but do not accept a room next to the road!! |

This hotel is AA 2 star rated i have seen worse 4 star rated hotels - room of good size & staff very friendly whilst rooms very good need a bit of tlc - most likely as near end of season |

The fact it was right in the centre of St Peters Port so close to shops and restaurants. The room was extremely dark you had to have lights on all the time. It looked out over the car park. The bathroom window wan't even frosted so the blind had to be down adding to the darkness. The room was very old fashioned with old fittings though clean and fairly comfortable. There was only a shower attachment on the taps so you couldn't have a proper shower as no shower curtain. Soggy toast under your poached eggs and really sticky breakfast tables. Could do much better for the same price. |

The staff could not be any friendlier! The room was great, with a sunken bath and huge comfortable bed. The location is superb, right in the heart of town, with easy access to fantastic shopping and restaurants. |

Welcome at reception & reception in general - both gentlemen I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful Stairs & restaurant closing before 9pm. Also, if I was any taller than 5'7" I would have struggled with the shower |

The superior room that we booked was good. Some friends who had stayed previously in an ordinary room were disappointed about the noise at 4.0am by the dustmen, but we slept through! Having booked one night I could not get an extra night the night before as the hotel was full and could not cancel and go elsewher for two nights becuase I could not get any money back, being withjin 48 hrs |

Accueil bien sympathique et à l'écoute. Situation idéale en centre ville et donc proche du port. Chambres fraichement rénovées, propres et tendances. Excellent English breakfast. |

l'accueil et l'emplacement il faudrait souligner le fait que le montant de la chambre est en £ jerseyenne et non en euros. nous n'avions pas fait attention du coup le budget est plus élévé que prévu |
