Close to Hyde Park and convenient to tube and buses around London.

The beds were a bit soft and not that comfortable.

Excellent location spacious room and staff were fantastic.Great selection for breakfast would stay again.

I was on a business trip with a male colleague. I booked two rooms, both in our individual names. Reception rang me (twice) to ask would we share one room as the hotel was overbooked and they were not sure they would have a room for me. This was an inapprorpriate request. Regarding above - I was not a solo traveller but travelling with a business colleague, but your survey has no specific button for this.

Breakfast room is very small and gets too crowded in the mornings so we had to wait for meal.

Pretty decent location. Relatively comfortable for the price. Breakfast was plentiful, but quite average. The food wasn't of a high quality.

The coffin-like lift, which stalled at one point. Not nice being stuck in a lift, not least one of that size. Small rooms.

Booking onto Sightseeing bus in reception. I had to make my own way to Marble Arch to pick up Golden Tours. There was no sign of anybody from the Golden Tours company to assist or give information whatsoever. Extremely frustrated and with little time to waste, I bought another ticket for Big Bus, which dropped off around the corner from the hotel! Great lesson learned. Tried to speak with customer services at Golden Tours from hotel - no joy whatsoever!

Hotel was clean and comfortable,and reception staff helpful.

Breakfast was a joke....to say the dining room was too small is an under statement. Dining room staff quite obviously very stressed. We had to wait outside for at least 15 mins to be seated,no joke with two young children. When we finally got a cooked breakfast we were unable to eat it.We will not return for this reason.

Location was superb for the price. Rooms were clean and breakfast was on time. Facilities were brilliant and handy.

Lifts too tight so not many people were able to fit in. Staff could have been a little more welcoming on arrival.

Clean rooms. Ensuite bathrooms. Nicely decorated

Basement room had 1curtain to the window rather than 2. The curtain didn't cover the window completely. The external sitcom went off late & came on early (not too bad really). The breakfast room was very small & didn't fit all the guests, so we had to stand & wait (>25 mins) for a place to become available.
