Very good location within easy reach to all London attractions. Courteous and helpful staff. Very good value for money.

On hot days the temperature at top floor corridors raises considerably. However the rooms are well ventilated.

Located in quite residential street ; 5 minutes walk to underground, shopping and restaurants. Good size room with a wardrobe and a shelf for storage.

Hotel staff, location and cleanliness of the hotel

Carpet in the room should be changed; it was in bad condition.

Rooms were a brilliant size especially for London hotels. We had plenty of space.

The hotel itself was over heated! We opened the window in our room so no real complaint.

Location was great. Nice neighborhood full of shops and restaurants, still the hotel was in a quiet street, close to underground station. Hotel was clean and rooms where ok.

Room in the basement, close to dining room (lot of noise in breakfast time) and with no window view. Not amazingly friendly staff.

Reception staff were very nice. The Room and everywhere else in the Hotel was spotlessly clean - much better in fact than higher grade Hotels that I have stayed at. Very nice gentle location. Close to several Tube stations and opposite Hyde Park. Without doubt excellent value for money for single travellers.

I stayed in a single room and it was very clean and comfortable but quite small and cramped. The breakfast was superb apart from the interesting Napoleonic Sausage which had been under the grill since 1815. I took it to the British Museum where they displayed it next to the Tutankhamun Toast from another Hotel.

ontbijt, personeel was aardig (dus mijn ontevredenheid is dan ook niet naar het personeel toe maar naar de manager van het hotel of wie dan ook de leiding heeft over de boekingen van de kamers).

Bij aankomst in het hotel werd mij verzocht mijn gegevens op een formulier in te vullen. Hierna werd mij schoorvoetend verteld "dat er door onvoorziene omstandigheden geen double room aanwezig was. Zoals ik kon zien vonden er wat werkzaamheden plaats. Of wij het erg vonden om allebei in aparte kamers te zitten". Mijn nichtje van 16 vond dat geen prettig idee, bovendien is het ook niet gezellig.

Na eerste nacht in basement ons ongenoegen aangegeven en de dag erna een prettige kamer ervoor in de plaats gekregen.Prima ontbijt en goed bereikbaar.
