The location of the hotel is good. It's close to a couple of underground stops and also close to the center of London. It's very expensive for what is provided, but I think London is expensive anyway. I travel in Europe several times a year, and the rooms are modern, and clean compared to some although its certainly no 4 star hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed by the young lady at reception that a tour company had called the hotel to confirm a tour we had booked to Stonehenge the following day. She told us she informed the company we were not staying at the hotel, because she didn't check the reservations and didn't recognize the name. I asked if she would mind calling the company back to inform them we were indeed staying at the hotel, and to pick us up for the tour. She told me that we could call from the room, and we would be billed for the call. This is pretty much the type of service you can expect here. The breakfast staff, was polite but I'm sure there are many hotels in the area that provide better service.

Price, clean and location Parking is a potential problem if you have a car. fortunately it was bank holiday and there was little parking restriction on Sunday and Bank holiday Monday. Breakfast space small, no car parking facility, shower room in Quad room too small.

no at all it was the worst hotel I saw in the world only cheats First of all I asked room for twin and when I arrived to the hotel they give me one room with double bed I fight with the reception man and he could not do anything for that even cannot call his manager as I request to talk to him. The only thing he said your problem with the booking.com not with me. second: I could not sleep that night because there was insect coming out of the bed biting and sucking my blood in all my body, in the mooring I took some of the insects in peace of tissue and show the reception, he just throw it in the bin and any apologies from him. Third: they transfer us to another room the next day and the ventilation fan for the toilet was not working I asked for somebody to fix it I was told no body to fix it It was really terrible

The location was good. The hotel was clean and tidy. We booked a quadruple room, but ended up in 2 Doubles because they weren't organised. This was not ideal as we were travelling with 2 children. The staff were not proactive in resolving this problem. The breakfast room was small and we had to wait for a table. The Double rooms were clean, but very cramped

The location is the only thing going for it and the friendly staff. The rooms are very small. You cannot open the bathroom door fully as it hits the end of the bed. The bathroom is ok but tired. The whole hotel needs extensive decorating and furniture replacing. The rooms have flat screen tv's , tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers but the rooms are just too cramped. The breakfast room was dirty and the breakfast offered was poor. There was no hot breakfast offered. The kitchen off the breakfast room is dirty. All public areas are scuffed . This hotel should never advertise as a 4 star hotel because it is more like a 2 star.

Central location The curtains were too narrow / didn't fit the window size, letting light in; the breakfast room was cramped - both the seating area and the self- service area; there was misleading information given before arrival about the street parking facilities.

Rooms are very small but comfy. It's very basic with a poor breakfast option. I would advise to eat out. Bed was comfy. Staff seem very undertrained in customer service but if want a cheap comfy room or on a budget then I would recommend

The hotel is close to Hyde Park and not far from the tube. The area surrounding Duke of Leinster is quiet. The staff was ok. Breakfast is served in the room as a standard (you can choose on a list with some alternatives). The room was at the floor number 1 which meant 2 meters below ground. Toilet room was incredibly small, even if the shower box was comfortable. Breakfast food could be better.

This hotel is a shame, I did not like anything, our stay there was a nightmare. This hotel does not even deserves 2 stars. We were wondering all the week end on how it is possible that it could get 4 stars!!! They are really foolong the clientele : the rooms that they consider triple are hardly double. They have put an extra bed in it and it took all, but all the space left - at the point that we had to remove the bed in order to go to the bathroom!!! These are not decent conditions. The breakfast room is so tiny (just 6 tables) that we had to wait outside, in a horrible small corridor for more than half an hour to have breakfast. Staff at the reception desk is rude and dishonest. The elevator was not working and they did not help with luggage! When leaving, we have asked for a taxi and the person at the reception called one of his friends, asked us where we wanted to go and then proposed the double of a taxi fare (we have checked as we took a normal cab, of course). This is an absolutely inacceptable behaviour for the center of London. You shouldn't put a hotel like this one on your website and with 4 stars! It is completely misleading if not dishonest.

Location Staff, mainly the checkin staff, saw about three all not great, asked at counter on check in if room had three singles beds as my request hilighted he said yes , went down to room it had double and single . When i questioned it he said its only if available i told him i rang when i booked also put the comment on the booking and if they had none they should have let me know before arriving , he then took 1 minute to find me a room with three single beds right opposite reception. I was polite but might aswel have been rude as dont think it would have made difference, staff just going through the motions not at all into their job as are many hotel staff in london , real failure in training. No comment from staff when leaving either, guests of mine also thought it was very poor staff, breakfast staff were ok ( at best)
