Room was 4+ star standard. Staff very friendly. Hotel only 10-15 mins walk from the centre. Nice breakfast.
Lovely freshly cooked breakfast
Liked the idea of upgrade and notification before I arrived
Liked the whole package but surprised that porridge counted as a cooked breakfast. Normally one expects to have porridge as a starter as well as cooked breakfast
Friendly staff and good breakfast in the morning
The bathroom sink drained very very slowly bit annoying really.
Very good from start to finish, lovely staff, very helpful
Advertising cocktails in bar that they didn't do
Newly refurbed with amazing bathrooms! The location is great for The Lyric Theatre, Botanic gardens & The Ulster Museum as well as lovely little coffee shops & restaurants. Super friendly staff and good breakfast.
They rate their rooms in a bizarre way & in my opinion the standard room was nicer than the luxury! Worth checking out a couple of rooms... Ipod dock looks great but doesn't work! Cheap, horrible toilet paper, worse than at high school.
Beautiful room, huge bed - the comfiest matress I have ever lay on, such friendly and professional staff, within walking distance of lots of great cafes and pubs etc. HUGE bath perfect for two and huge walk-in shower with a waterfall-type head. Huge TV.
I am terrible with technology, couldn't figure out the ipod docking system, no instructions etc. That's all.
i liked the whole stay, and would go back and stay again,
Great room, nice location ,staff very good
The room was lovely and spacious. The shower and bath facilities were fantastic. The night porter was very polite and helpful.
I was expecting a wonderfully large bed since we booked the delux double. What we got was two beds pushed together which seperated if you rolled into the middle. The tv didn't work and we couldn't find the remote.
We stayed as part of our trip to visit titanic belfast we were seated at 9pm on a sat night for dinner with no reservations and service was very quick. Very comfortable room with bath and shower
It was clean.
Had to ask for the remote for tv and then for a hair dryer, reported that the aircon was not working this kept us awake as it clicked on and off all night.I had a late drink at the bar and when went to go to my room a bouncer came running at me shouting are you staying here. I could go on and on but whats the point.
Most modern and comfortable hotel for price in Belfast. Great value. Spotlessly clean and fantastic breakfast
The location was excellent in the hip and lively Queen's quarter. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite throughout my stay. The breakfast was first class. I would warmly recommend staying here to all visitors (especially those visiting the university).
The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was quite big with a lovely bathroom- great shower. Breakfast was really delicious. Easy to find location, 10 minute walk from city hall in a quiet area. We ate dinner in the restaurant, definitely worth it including the nice live music!
The bed was not great, it seemed old and caused you to sink down in the middle.
Breakfast was great, excellent night(s) sleep and will stay there again.
Dinner had a magnificent selection of starters and both of us thought the whole meal was cooked to perfection
The fan in the air conditioning could have done with one slower setting.
There room was spacious and clean. The evening meal was excellent, try the Prawn Rissotto!
Friendly staff. Gorgeous breakfast. Clean & comfortable place.
Not enough lights in bedroom. No light by the mirror.
Bed was really comfy
Parking hard to find ?
Room was spacious, modern and clean. Food was fantastic and a really high standard. We will definitely be back !!
Parking space is difficult to find on the surrounding roads but wouldn't stop me staying here again
We were a group of 8 fun loving females from Scotland. Every member of staff from reception to bar staff from Management to Night Porter. I cannot praise them enough so helpful. Our room was fabulous, bed very comfortable. I would definately recommend this hotel.
Myself and my husband had a lovely nights stay at the dukes at queens. We had dinner in claudine's which was great value for money and food was great as well. The cocktails were also great and at 2 for 1 on a Saturday night we certainly weren't complaining. Slept like a baby and never heard a peep from the bar. We were on second floor. Breakfast was tasty and great also. Would highly recommend a stay here.
