The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff very friendly, the hotel was clean. I love fresh air and the room had no windows that I could open. No separate shower in room just a bath.

Nice big rooms and helpful staff. We're both visually impaired. Wifi a bit off and on. A lot more people now with phones and tablets, which don't suit aethernet connections.

Great value for money, great location Wasn't made aware of the loud music on a Saturday night, although when I complained, I was told it was on the booking.com website. That loud entertainment on Friday and Saturday night. I feel I should of still been made aware of the noise when checking in. :-(

Staff ,friendly and helpful Comfortable ,quiet room. Breakfast in the bar ,surely not in 4 **** hotel ! Bar area furniture needs good clean and area too dark ( bar is very much late night bar- -red velvet features ! ) serving breakfast. Windows totally sealed. Not happy with single exit in case of fire? Parking difficult. Basically this hotel offers a good bedroom and a bar but no other facilities Don't really think this hotel is worthy of 4****grading.requires proper dining area.

Lovely tree lined streets, nice area. Breakfast - small but sufficient choice bathrooms - very modern and clean Staff very friendly Very efficient check-out 15/20Min walk into centre. Not crazy about bar decor
