Not having a view from bedroom
Great location of botanic and we got a lovely large room. Would defo stay again.
Slightly pricey but have to say it was worth it!
Huge room and very comfy bedding.
Pungent smell of freshly painted walls and doors in my room
Breakfast was good
When I entered my room it was freezing cold, contacted reception, they did send someone up who helped with the A/C -Heating, spent a very uncomfortable night in the room, room heated up by the morning
Friendly staff, luxurious rooms and good food.
Everything! I booked about 10 rooms for our 20 group of people and everything was perfect! Katrina at reception was a great laugh
We stayed here for 1 night for a special occasion the service was excellent room was amazing one if the best I've ever stayed in belfast. We opted for breakfast in bed and arrived on time and warm. Would recommend this hotel and we will return again
Went to Belfast city for New years I was proposing to my girlfriend @ Belfast Castle nowhere near as good as Belfast
The most comfortable bed EVER! we were going to a show at the Empire Music Hall and it is just 2 minutes walk away which was fantastic. Train is also just 2 minutes from the hotel.
nothing bad to say about this hotel at all and will definitely be back again
Very spacious and modern room with a fabulous bathroom and shower
Couldn't fault the hotel and staff. Very welcoming. Breakfast and evening meals were great. Great location for reaching city centre etc.
The Room very stylish and clean Tea and coffee in the room was made special by the simple addition of the biscuits and chocs Extra towels and pillows without having to ask
Unfortunately the carpet in the downstairs bar area to right hand side near windows has become very grubby and didn't create a favorable impression while we waited for our room
Staff and the quality if the rooms.
That there was no parking. The lighting in the rooms.
ROOM was really dark - even with the lights on. I could hardly see to do hair or make up in mirror.
price and location
Room wasn't ready when we arrived after 2pm, asked if we would like to wait in the bar. Some time later we were told the room was ready and when we went up housekeeping were just starting the room. Apologies given but that was all - a complimentary drink or tea/coffee would have been nice.
Nice contemporary feel to room
No remote for iPod dock in room
The hotel was very nice, staff very helpful and good location which was very central. The rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent.
The bed in our room was very uncomfortable.
Location , service and price
Food very good
Bed a bit soft Not very warm in public areas Had to keep re-registering for Wi fi
Room decor, breakfast
I couldn't fault this hotel.
Upgraded and were very disappointed. Tv was only able to be watched while sitting on stools! Parking is poor
Friendly staff, room was spotless, bed was fabulous & the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend - great value for money.
15 minute walk to the centre of the city which is fine unless it is raining. Also no car park but got parking out on the road very easily & it is free.
Nice room, location was quite good. Breakfast was tasty
Heating was broken for a night (-3 outside, room freezing) it took complaining 4 times to be finally moved to a nearby hotel for the night. Upon return the heating was fixed and offered to refund us that nights stay. They did this, however promptly charged me for an extra night following or checkout the next day, still sorting this out! WiFi not available in the rooms! Staff could be more helpful and friendly, it was Christmas!
Location was great for us as visiting our daughter who was student near Queens University. Nicest hotel we stayed in during our 10 day visit to Belfast/Dublin. Definitely would stay here again.
