very clean and modern, friendly staff
friendly staff, good food, good clean room, good location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Quirky modern hotel with spacious comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.
Location, in the vicinity of quite a lot of student accommodation. Kit being freshers week it was quite noisy until 3 am. Arrived at on late flight at 1130 pm to find hotel locked up for the night! Had to knock the night porter up.
Everything Beds, linens first class Amenities Bathroom outstanding
Twin room and bathroom were very spacious. There was plenty of parking available in adjacent streets. The room rate was very good value. Situated in tidy area with cafes and restaurants close by.
Further out of centre city than I anticipated but realised this would have been due to the troubles. We walked but wouldn't suit everyone.
Lovely spacious bedrooms, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast! Enormous TV, beautiful bathroom and quality fixtures and fittings, would highly recommend!
No wi-fi in the bedroom, only cabled.
Bedroom was large, lovely and very comfortable. Bathroom was excellent, Breakfast was excellent and dining room service very good. Staff friendly and efficient. Walking distance from City centre but still reasonably quiet. All you could ask for to ensure an enjoyable weekend.
Decor in public areas a bit too like someone's Boudoir for my taste but thats all I could say I didn't like about this hotel, oh! except that parking was a bit difficult - bearable at weekend but shudder to think about weekdays!.
location , food was great
the comfortable bed, the staff and the bar area
the noise from our neighbours until 4.30am on our first night
everything about the hotel was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding.Bed so comfortable. Could not say a bad word about the hotel. Will definitely be back.
The staff. The room. The location.
Only street parking. No elevator to the level where my room was located so might be hard for somebody else.
Beautiful and spacious room with excellent en suite facilities. In the heart of the university section of town with lots of restaurants and cultural attractions nearby. Courteous and helpful staff and good food
The rooms are extremely comfortable and loads of space, one of the best 4* rooms we have seen. Its about 15 mins walk to the main shopping area. Loads of places to eat on hotels doorstep.
This hotel has no private parking. Its on street available and some of it is free. The restaurant/bar had a terrible smell in it. Food is average but there are loads of restaurants just outside
Over cooked breakfast despite being only person in dining room. Porridge and cooked breakfast being served at same time . Basic errors.
Hotel was very clean and modern. Bed was soft and big. Would stay again.
Staff were very friendly and keen to help. The food was amazing. The "Dukes Fry" breakfast was to die for! We enjoyed having drinks at Claudine's Bar - had live music which was really enjoyable. Lovely boutique hotel.
The breakfast was small. The staff were not overly warm on the floor of the dining room.
Clean and comfortable room
The fact I upgraded twice and didnt really benefit frm much
Lovely spacious bedroom fantastic shower in bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. We stayed to celebrate my partners 40th birthday
Comfortable room and perfect venue
Music too loud in restaurant, great live music but would prefer more subtle music whilst eating and louder music later
This was our first visit to Belfast and we had an amazing time and we'll certainly be back. The hotel was fantastic in terms of location, facilities and helpfulness of staff.
Breakfast is served in the bar. Lobby is like a nightclub
Great location with friendly staff and excellent food.Made to feel very welcome and everything the staff did for you was not a problem
Rooms, beds and pillows. The staff were very helpful. The location was good for the Botanic gardens, The university and the Ulster Museum
The breakfast. Did not like the eggs benedict. I have had this in other restaurants and really liked it. Did not like the ham or the muffin. Would rather it with rashers and more sauce. Did not like the decor downstairs
The room was outstanding, very spacious and clean. It was easy to get to and price was competitive with breakfast included. Would visit again!!
