The staff were very friendly, and the food was great.

Ill fitting windows that rattled all night. Good double bed, but sheets and blankets were not long or wide enough to tuck in so after a very short while the bed was quite a jumble so impossible to be comfortable and able to sleep.

Planes flying over top floor room pretty warm..AC?

Warm welcome. Great value for money. The room is basic very but clean and the English breakfast was excellent. Owners very warm and obliging. They wee very pleasant to me and they try hard to please Would certianly stay there again if visiting.

The TV in the room was a little small. Other than that, very difficult to complain about anything at the price.

The home-cocked food was very nice! We enjoied it very much! The hostes was very velcomming:) God English breakfast.

A bit sound from the room beside. Thin walls.

The staff were great, the food was good, the beer was good. Ten mins walk from the District line and I found it ideal for getting into London quickly and getting away in the evenings.

Flimsy curtains let a lot of light in.

Friendliness of the staff and everyone in the bar.

Location was just what we needed. Pub was lively and everyone was really friendly and keen to help.

Convenient location. Clean room reasonable shower and breakfast. Comfortable no frills accommodation.

Breakfast was great - you can choose from a menu (scrambled eggs etc.) and there's juice and toast. The service was friendly and as you're above a put, you get that authentic British experience. The location is great - it's really quiet yet only a short walk from Richmond station. The bed was also clean and the pillows I think were new. Heating very good. Good TV.

The shower didn't work properly - the hose had holes so it was just splashing everywhere and there was only a trickle of water coming through. I couldn't wash my hair with it, which I really didn't like. Also, the bathroom was tiny - I would have preferred a bathtub. The room was very small and poky and you could hear people cough in the night through the walls.

I booked a double room but we were given a twin room with the beds pushed together. Not enough bedding, i was cold at night. The shower in the en-suite wasn't very good.

I requested an invoice from them and they did not reply. I'm not happy.

A lovely inner London pub with a touch of history and a feeling of being a "local". A down-to-earth sort of place with a good menu and convivial bar. Friendlky, helpful management.

Rattling windows in the bedroom; they need repairing. Be aware parking can be a problem although management were very helkpful. Slight language barrier over ordering of breakfast but, again, not a hige problem.

I can only say, great staff very friendly, large comfortable quite rooms, excellent breakfast, good evening meals, a very welcoming place to stay. Will be back again whan in area.

The water pressure on the shower on the top floor was very poor.
