Overall elegance and unobstrusive high standard. Lovely roms, excellent food. I've nothing further to add. 'Tea-room' inadequate size for numbers. VERY expensive. |

The staff was genuinely kind and courteous. The place has an old- fashioned, slightly clumsy charm. Its location is great and interior - very nice. Try their afternoon tea! We changed to classical twin - 17m2 - must have been bathroom included. However my main complaint - the beds were high, with good mattress, but really narrow (you'd be afraid to fall out while turning in your sleep). There was also a bright light coming in from corridor from underneath the door. Not a good night-sleep for that money! Otherwise I would have heartily recommend the hotel. |

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was spotless and nicely furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable with excellent lighting for reading. The bathroom was beautiful and well-equipped with great water pressure in the shower. There was no plug available in the bathroom for the hairdryer and no real mirror in the bedroom. |

Low key but very elegant. Excellent location. Room wasn't huge, but in central london space is expensive so it's understandable. |

The famous bar is sadly too expensive: one Martini shouldn't cost 16.50 pounds. Pillows are too soft to be even slightly comfortable |

even dough with very high prices , I am sorry to sey that they always give you room with problems: windows not working, hot rail the same, tv or phone .. this shouldnot happen at the humble price of 270 pounds per night |

Kamers waren netjes. Ontbijt was goed.
