è un hotel fantastico di solito Non quando sono fully booked , però Trovo cha la reception sia gestita malissimo . . Mi hanno cabiato 3 volte la stanza dandomi un a singola al costo di 300 pounds a notte, quando la prenotazione era per una doppia |

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was spotless and nicely furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable with excellent lighting for reading. The bathroom was beautiful and well-equipped with great water pressure in the shower. There was no plug available in the bathroom for the hairdryer and no real mirror in the bedroom. |

even dough with very high prices , I am sorry to sey that they always give you room with problems: windows not working, hot rail the same, tv or phone .. this shouldnot happen at the humble price of 270 pounds per night |
