Gardens Room, Bed was two singles pushed together, with large "dips" in the middle of both. There was a breakfast tray still outside room106 with toast and other unbeaten food when we returned from dinner at 9pm.

We were here for a wedding and the food at the wedding reception was fantastic, staff were very kind and meals were served quickly. I felt the hotel needs a revamp, the rooms are very dated and drab looking. Breakfast was very poor with very little left at the buffet E.g two sausages left, no bacon and no soda/potato bread left!!

Everything except for the price of the drinks The price of the drinks £2.20 for a very small soft drink (coke) is a rip off £7.90 for a large whisky and coke is not good

Pool and gym were quiet and clean. One of the few hotels near the airport which offered a family room. We visited as a family on a Saturday and there was a wedding reception in the foyer. This meant walking through the party on our way in and out. The hotel bar was full of wedding guests which left no room for us and no quiet space. Late night revellers kept us awake all night. When we told staff the response was "Yes that happens every time." Clearly they have not bothered to change anything - like moving families to more distant rooms away from the bar for instance. Maybe they could even ask guests to consider others as they walked back to their rooms as 0300. The family room was only equipped for two: two glasses, two cups etc. This is a nice hotel and I expected more.

Lovely grounds, friendly staff-great for a wedding!! Food and drink remains which had been cleared from the rooms were still outside the room when we checked in mid afternoon and were also still there when we checked out the following morning

Ambience. Place looked alittle worn in places. Also we were celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary, we had our reception there, and there was absolute no acknowledgement from staff not even a kind gesture! Disappointed.

From the outside this is a lovely hotel in a quiet part of the countryside Reception staff surly. Restaurant is like a truckers cafe and awful. Food not even averagely good. Service in restaurant dreadful.it is a busy place for functions but residents are clearly not their priority.

Garden space in the middle of hotel. River setting Room was tired, and although clean would benefit from a refurbishment. Breakfast area a little congested. The hotel has a very sprawled layout over a large area which leads to a long walk through many fire doors to reach your room. Wifi was not complementary, and was therefor of no benefit. I regard chargeable wifi as a tax, akin to charging for milk and sugar with coffee. Why cant you learn to differentiate yourself from other hotels by providing true free wifi?

Staff were very friendly and it was a relaxing type of hotel. Our bedroom was upstairs and I ask a member of staff if they had a lift and she said sorry no and walked away left us to carry the bags up the stairs without assistance. I can't understand why they don't have a lift

My family and I have stayed here several times now. We lead a busy life and therefore enjoy weekend breaks away. The Dunadry offers the perfect opportunity to relax&sample great food served by friendly staff. Breakfast was a little disappointing. My sons yoghurt was out of date.

Efficient check in and out, meals in the Bistro actually well priced and not over the top. It was an airport overnight stay - so close to Belfast International - would have liked to stay longer. Loved the fact that Room 100 actually had a shower that came off the hook! Bathroom fabulous - caters for Disabled. The Xmas all-night party that went on outside our room door all night with screaming and shouting til 3am!!! But I guess this was a one off!

We were very impressed on arrival at the hotel and were surprised how easy it was to get there. It was warm, clean and staff very helpful. There was a great atmosphere through out the hotel and other customers were very friendly and made us very welcome, having traveled up from the south of Ireland we were made feel at home. We are returning again in two weeks and have cancelled a booking we made in another hotel for that week end. We have already told many people about our wonderful find. The only thing I did not like was the fact the pool was so far away from the hotel. In the winter it is not nice having to go out in the cold with children through the car park in the dark.

Hotel guests were overlooked as second rate compared to wedding guests etc every night we stayed (3) couldnt park anywhere near the hotel entrance, yet come out in the morning and a big walk across an empty car park to your car,Particularly annoying when you have several bags to carry each trip. The hotel needs to consider a parking area for residents only

I liked the oldy worldy feel of the hotel, and I liked the layout, the bedroom we had was lovely and such a nice size which was bright and airy, Very comfortable. I also liked the variety of the menu and the food we had was lovely. Service was very good. The only thing I did not like about the Hotel was it's policy not to let dogs into the room. I can understdand the reasoning behind this policy as a lot of dog people abuse the service but woiuld have been quite willing to pay extra in order to have the room etc., cleaned thoroughly.
