Most comfortable hotel. Evening meal superb.

Service slow for breakfast. Need more staff serving tables.

Called to inform hotel we would be late arrivals as we had been rather tardy in leaving Skye then on a last minute whim decided to nip into Plockton, staff member told us approximately how long drive would be and offered to have supper in room if we wished. Our original plan had been to stay here 4 nights and a part of us wished we had. Young lady on reception when we arrived was terrific as indeed were all staff we met. We most definitely will return.

3 minor points. Electrical cable on kettle to short to reach power point from anywhere but bedside table. Curtain pelmet hanging down in centre. Cistern handle broken (however only took 2 seconds to reattach).

Fantastic Hotel. The service levels here were excellent, & there are many hotels that could learn alot from the way you are looked after here.

Relaxed environment, good quality and good value food and location

Amazingly good customer service - all the staff were so friendly and even though the hotel was busy they found time to talk and make us feel well cared for. Food was to die for and the room and the grounds were so beautiful - a real treat, which was exactly what we wanted! Recommend the delicious and plentiful afternoon tea in the lounge, and the perfect evening meal. Could not fault the entire stay!

Can't think of anything negative to say, you'd have to be very picky to find faults.

The staff were friendly and professional. There isn't enough praise for the hotel and staff. Beautiful surroundings and as the weather was perfect we sat out on the deck area being waited on hand and foot.

No down side to this experience

Excellent staff, great food, would recommend to anybody and would definitely come back.

The location was excellent. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, decor was good in the lounges and dining areas. The room was a really good size and had everything you could need it it. It was extrememly clean. The food was amazing. All in all we were very, very pleased with everyhting and would recommend it to anyone.

Quite simply the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at!

This was our third stay at this hotel and once again it did not fail to impress. Everything about our stay was flawless from the hotel staff to the food and everything inbetween. We will definitely return again and again.

I cannot fault the Loch Ness Country House Hotel
