Clean. No fuss with a good breakfast this is the second time we have stayed here we will be returning in 2015.
No light by the kettle when curtains drawn.
Family room spacious with separate kitchenette an good sized bathroom. Great view. Nice feel to the room, not ur usual boxy new build room. Staff lovely. Will stay again.
Only thing I think could be improved is a microwave and toaster in kitchenette. Plenty of room for both and as its a family room it would really help with small children to be able to reheat small quantities of food or bottles of milk. My 2 year old loves toast as a snack but it's expensive to keep buying at a cafe, so microwave an toaster wld have really helped with costs of trip.
there's a full suite up there, bathroom with a shower and a bath you can see the stars through the skylight in, full kitchen with a balcony and outdoor dining, 3 beds and a sleeping platform so probably accommodates about 7. wonderfully decorated as are all the rooms
bit cold, but middle of november with a clear sky it's likely to be
excellant b+b ideally situated for floral pavilion
Location near railway. Fair price. Comfortable and clean bed. Recomended. 15min to liverpool city center
That was not, however the breakfast plentiful and home ...! Ilyen nem volt..., viszont a reggeli bőséges és házias...!
Very poor accommodation, rooms are very small and narrow ..., photography completely different show than the given reality ..., parking is very difficult ... instead of waiting for the fire was nowhere in accordance with EU standard power outlet ... the bathroom ... nothing is working normally, TV ... Minimize, upon payment by the owner wanted to cut through the 30 pound sterling ... higher amounts in euros have been reported price .. Nagyon gyenge szálláshely..., szobák igen kicsik, és szűkek..., a fotok teljesen mást mutatnak, mint az adott valóság..., parkolás nagyon nehézkes..., a várt kandalló helyett sehol sem volt unios szabvány szerinti elektromos aljzat...,fürdőszobában semmi sem müködött normálisan...,TV kisméretú..., fizetéskor a tulajdonos át akart vágni 30 angol fonttal... a magasabb összegű euróban megadott árral számolt volna...
Plenty of on-road parking close by. Close to my actual destination.
Toilet needs some tlc.
The B&B is situated near the promenade, buses and rail station. Rooms are clean and the owners are friendly, also they allow dogs. although I only had cornflakes and toast for breakfast the cooked breakfast smelled good and my dog enjoyed the sausage she was given.
This was my 2nd stay here this year. 1st time was in March when I booked the last room with a double bed only to be given a room with 2 single beds on arrival [nice bright room with large bathroom] This visit I booked the last twin room [single beds] and on arrival was given a single room for which I was charged the same price as the twin room. Both rooms were booked 2 months in advance. I advise people to check a few days before arrival that they have the room they have booked! The room I had was room number 8 on the left of the front door. It is a small room about 10x12 foot which has a wash basin in the bedroom and a small shower room/toilet about 5x3 foot which once the shower has been used the floor remains wet as does the shower curtain and still wet when the shower is used the next day. This room is on the main road so is subject to heavy traffic noise which starts to die down around 1am and quiet by 2am, at 5am the traffic starts up again, not forgetting noisy revellers going past. Next time I will book into Travelodge as at least I will get the room I book [I hope]
can't see the sea from the ground floor rooms, but they are furnished so you don't care
We were made very welcome with our dog and given helpful advice of where we could get an evening meal (also with our canine companion) without feeling like social outcasts. Had a fantastic view from our window. A lovely retreat away from the hubbub of Liverpool but within easy access with fantastic public transport links. You can walk on the beach and for miles on the promenade.
I'm not a great sleeper in a strange bed so was aware all night of the fitted sheet peeling away toward the middle of the bed. My husband didn't notice a thing though.
friendly personeel, good breakfast, near public transport.Near trendy restaurants.
no separate doughecell in toilet, everything gets wet. No good television reception.
location perfect, seafront ,cinema , restaurants, pubs.all within a few minutes walk.room good ,breakfast first class . would highly recommend.
Rooms are comfy and stylish and the owners are lovely. Really pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. Thanks guys xx
Our stay was great. Clean room lovely staff and great breakfast.
Location and ease of travel to liverpool. Plenty to do and very relaxing break.
The entire experience second to none.
It was in a good location and room was well equiped and had good views. Very comfortable bed. Loads of good restaurants and bars locally in a newly developed area.
The property sits on a main hill coming from the Promenade and in the front room we had, the room was noisy from traffic and revellers. Decoratively the room was a little tired which would have been ok if not for paying a premium price.
The room was spacious and bright. The view was excellent. It was like having an apartment as there was nobody else on our floor.
The only thing that we can find fault with was the ladder that was part of the bunk bed was a bit in the way.
Friendly landlord and good breakfast
Breakfast very good.
Room 8 is not big enough to be a double room. Much traffic noise. Towel hanger through wet room on wet floor.
The breakfast was lovely- red hot and served in a bright airy dining room.
A bit disappointed with the size of our double room. Extremely small ensuite
