Great location! Nice staff. Urgently needs new carpets everywhere. And new curtans and couch and chairs in the sitting room!! Looked nice on the site but reallity is disappointing. Average plumming. Very limited services and all very expensive.

It is like having your own home in town. I liked the fact that you have a separate sitting room so you had space to move around in, and as I was there with my teenage daughter, it was great to have our own bedrooms and therefore we weren't squashed into a normal "hotel" sized room. The only criticism would be that the kitchen was rather tired and needed updating. Staying in somewhere like Durley House, you didn't really need a kitchen that big. Also, even if you cooked a meal, there wasn't a table to sit at ..... perhaps that could have been accommodated in the large kitchen. The other thing would have to be reception on the TV wasn't very good, so perhaps that could be upgraded as well.

Very well located. Discreet. Rooms were large and very comfortable and well stocked. Price was good for the area and standing. The flowers. The key system. (Getting in from the street). No shaving mirror in the bathroom. Staff were pleasant but could have been better informed. Staying in a hotel like this one and not being able to recommend any restaurant other than an (with all due respects) 'Angus Steak House' is a little poor. One member of staff was unhelpful (no offer to help with bags and indication of the wrong floor for our room on arrival.

De spa in het Jumeirah hotel Price: quality is very bad. Unsafe accomodation in case of a fire, there is only one way out! We think with families this is the worst situation. The accomodation is onder new management and tries to catch up. Already asking top prices for low quality! Kitchen empty (at check out we were told we can get anything we want, but they did not put in in the kitchen, cause pots and pans get dusty...). Water is complementary, but shown on the pricelist in the room, they tell you afterwards it is foc. Curtains ripped and holes, smelly, no airco, but portable units in the room leaking water. And so on and so on. We travel a lot, also to 4/5 star hotels. Durley house barely meets 2 star standard in the suite we got. No 8 is bad! We were offered a 600 euro discount on the bill (1800) and a free stay later this year. We will not go there anymore.

It was a very smart home-from-home experience, but in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and theatre. There was plenty of room to relax, with the sitting room, and enough space for 3 of us so that we didn't feel squashed in all together! We enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave! If I had stayed longer, I would have wanted the kitchen to be a little bit more updated. It seems a bit tired and could have been a bit better stocked. As it was, we sadly only had 1 night stay, so it was adequate for our needs.

Perfect location for not only the Chelsea Flower Show but with the Kings Road just around the corner perfect shopping for my 2 (in their twenties) daughters. With bedroom and lounge with extra bed just right for all 3 of us - would recommend anytime

para ir en familia o con amigos es una House muy acojedora. estás muy céntrico y puedes ir paseando a muchos sitios. silencioso y es como estar en tu propia casa. muy agradable. se echa en falta luz (hay poca iluminación). deberían airear más porque huele a cerrado.

Аппартаменты домашнего типа,достаточно большие номера если говорить о Европе,очень спокойный отель,тихий и комфортный.Удобные кровати,классический английский стиль.Рядом все торговые улицы. Бассейн,сауна и спа зона находится в соседнем отеле.

Основной плюс - месторасположение! Идти с покупками минут 5 от Harrods. Также миниотель находится у парка, поэтому по утрам приятно даже побегать. Им не помешало бы обновить сантехнику. Если недорогая мебель еще с натяжкой может сойти за антиквариат, то с сантехникой совсем плохи дела. Ну и ремонтик бы не повредил...

Heel prettig om een appartement te hebben. Super locatie. Als je iets aan de receptie vroeg deden ze dat meteen. Lift aanwezig. Krant 's ochtends, blaadjes om te lezen erbij, wifi. Sleets en kapot meubilair. Aftandse keuken (wel magnetron). Als je daar iets probeert te koken (wat wel zou moeten kunnen) gaat het gas alarm loeien. Geen waterkoker maar toen ik erom vroeg was het er dezelfde middag. Weinig middelen om mee te kunnen koken. Badkamer zonder ventilatie, satelliet tv niet altijd even goed signaal en weinig kanalen. Je betaalt veel geld voor de locatie en om iets 'van jezelf' te hebben anders niet doen.
