The hotel itself is very nice, the staff were excellent, nice bar which opened late, and breakfast extremely good. (Be sure to book breakfast on arrival though or it will set you back £25 for 2 people rather than the still expensive £16!) I would use the hotel again. My complaint is only that I did not get the room I requested and paid for, which was a large executive double with sofa bed. I paid £130 and stayed in an extremely small double. The staff advised that it was as per the booking details supplied by booking.com, so not the fault of the hotel.

Upon checking in, and checking out the staff members were extremely friendly and polite. A real pleasure to meet. The room I stayed in was recently refurbished and was an adequate size. The cleanliness was to a high standard. The bathroom had a bath and shower which was a nice touch. One of the lamps didn't work. The gym looked a little outdated and the pool did not look as appealing as it did in pictures. People in the rooms next door could be heard in the morning, though not so much that it was a major problem.

The rooms were good and the receptionist was very pleasant. Not enough staff. Our newspaper didn't arrive, there was no staff in the dining room at breakfast for a while. There was no menu, and the food wasn't hot enough.

Once checked in, it was nice to be left alone by staff to enjoy our holiday, and they were always at the desk if we ever had a question to ask. The staff offered good suggestions about what there was to do and what events might be worth doing. Having a room on the lower ground was frustrating as the view was poor. A heating pipe also ran through which was always hot. This may the room unbearably hot to the point we had to keep windows open.

Room was too hot , think the spa/pool below was somehow making the roof very hot. Was disappointed that breakfast was extra and not part of the price quoted

It was pleasant, clean, & friendly and reasonably priced The double room was a little small/cramped, the sound proofing was inadequate & the check out time was far to early just half an hour after breakfast was to soon after a night out!

We had made a noise complaint about the room above and nothing was done, also the bath plug had broke and noone could fix it until later the next day so we couldn't use a shower that day, also the same day our room cleaner had broken the toilet and not told us so it had got used and nothing was working in the bathroom, and at the check out they tried charging me for £70 charges for my stay when the bill had been paid on arrival. No discount was offered for the inconvienience of the broken bathroom.

Great location only 10 min walk to beachfront. Nice spacious room but tiny bathroom with half-done shower curtain! The room was boiling between 5am -9am and made for very uncomfortable sleep. The duvet inner was awful: very bobblely and uneven which ended up being heavy in parts and very uncomfortable. Other than that, ok hotel for the price. Great location and nice big rooms

Location was great, The bed was the most uncomfortably/cheap I have ever slept on.. I have written to the AA as I think star rating should give you some assurance of quality of bed at least.. (NOT 3 STAR!)
