This is the second time I have used the hotel. It's in an excellent location with parking provided. The room was large and very comfortable. They provided a nice travel choir with blankets for my baby. Couldn't have asked for more.
Lovely friendly staff. Comfortable family room Great location for the beach however not suitable for those who struggle to walk uphill.
The general state of the hotel could do with a new carpet however not a big deal.
Spa.stuff weary freandly
Had a really nice time at durley dean. Didn't dine but found a good restaurant called hill top not far away.
Didn't replenish the shower or shampoo but that was all.
Comfy king size bed, fantastic breakfast, lovely pool and great atmosphere in bar. Well worth the money we paid
Wifi was rubbish, bathroom was extremely small but apart from that everything was fab
great value, great location, lovely staff, very clean
people going to bed noisily at 5.30am
The location was in easy access to the beach, amusements, fair and restaurants.Everything was in walking distance
Our room was 100 situated in the basement of the hotel. This affected our internet connection and phone signal. Our window looked out onto half a wall and people passing by.The beds were uncomfortable and one of the single beds had material torn and hanging off the bed base. One light in the bathroom was not working and there were cracked tiles. One light in the room was not working.Dust was present in the bathroom and room. Paintwork peeling off the walls.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities. The children loved the gym and pool. Great distance to beach and town centre. Would stay there again
Cleanness, helpful staff
Location Room was very modern, clean and comfortable Leisure club Friendliness of the staff
No wifi in bedrooms No water available in any of the bedrooms on day of checkout No air con in bedroom, had to use fans
Easy check-in and out. Pool and Spa facilities good spec, albeit a bit small. Location is awesome, just 100 (felt like 1000s on the way back up) steps down.
Room wasn't ready until half 3 though. Shower/bath was too small and not powerful enough. Wifi although free was awful and wasn't worth using at all.
The hotel is very good located , near the beach also staff are very friendly . The hotel have also pool maybe it's small but very good for a family , there is also the steam room where you may relax . The athmosfear in the hotel is very homely . I do highly recommend that place for everybody .
Good bar and restaurant and helpful friendly staff.
Room was very small and found sleeping difficult due to small window and only a small fan as air conditioning.
The Hotel was in a good position, near the centre and the beach. Rooms were very good, beds comfortable and the restaurant was very nice.
The noise from all the stag and hens that were at the hotel. Chatting outside in the early morning woke the children in our party up so we had very early mornings. Penne pasta sauce on childrens menu needs to be changed as it was far too hot.
Lovely visit ...staff were very helpful, room was nice bed was comfy. Very clean.
Leisure facilities were very good.
Too hot in the rooms, even with the fan on.
value for money and good parking facilits gym ,steam room and sauna

Lovely clean rooms with fantastic new leisure area. Great breakfast choice and friendly staff.
Am little noisy with traffic as we were near the road.
Leisure Centre refurbishment looked nice. Close walk to the sea. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Leisure Centre Changing facilities small. Pool looked nice but water was so dirty couldn't see the bottom. Rooms were clean at first glance but filthy on second glance.
the room was big and clean...

too warm at night and noisy outside
We stayed at Durley Dean for 2 nights and it was way above what we expected. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff was very nice and kind. Best thing was having free access to the leisure clubs (pool, gym, sauna) . It was amazing.
the new sauna and gym.
The room was beautiful, the facility's were amazing and we had so much fun shame the holiday had to end.
