Sehr freundliche (mehrsprachige!) Mitarbeiter. Sehr gute Ausstattung.Zur Abwechslung mal kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern Bedienung....das tut gut!!!! |

sehr gute Lage, schönes Ambiente Unser Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage. Da sich auch die Fenster nur ein kleines Stück öffnen ließen,war die Luft im Zimmer warm und stickig.Fußboden und Bettdecke hatten Flecken. |

Sehr gut für geeignet für eine Städtereise nach London. Das Hotel ist zentral und verkehrsgünstig gelegen, das Zimmer war ruhig und trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen nicht heiß. Ein Internetanschluß ist vorhanden (den wir allerdings nicht ausprobiert haben). Wie in (fast) allen Hotels ist das Licht im Zimmer nicht ausreichend, um abends noch etwas zu schreiben oder zu lesen. Zu dem vorhandenen Schreibtisch würde man sich eine Schreibtischlampe wünschen. |

Zentrale Lage, grundsätzlich freundliche Mitarbeiter Winziges Zimmer und ebenso kleines Bad. Baugerüst und -arbeiten vor dem Fenster, Fenster wurden von den Arbeitern je nach Bedarf eigenmächtig geöffnet - ohne Information oder Entschuldigung durch das Hotelpersonal. Sehr unangenehm! |

The room was quiet, well furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best we have experienced. It seemed to close early, we arrived back at 11.45 and had to be let in by the night porter. If the bar closes early some refreshments should be available in the rooms. |

My wife enjoyed our overnight stay and breakfast was excellent. The exterior of the hotel is very attractive and the staff were helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The hotels situation is ideal for sightseeing and theatreland. There was a prolonged high pitched screaming noise at 03:00am which woke us up. My wife found the hotel to be noisey.There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which is unusual. We both enjoy an ealy morning cuppa. |

breakfast was nice but guests were far too crammed in which made it uncomfortable yes - not very good value for money. Downstairs nice, with lots of character however, bedrooms were dated and bed was uncomfortable. |

Hotel is ideally situated just off Baker St and a short walk to Oxford st.Food was very good especially the hearty breakfast Being allocated a room on the ground floor with no air-conditioning it was somewhat noisy due to the need to keep the windows open |
