1. Excellent location 2. ambiance 3. service. We wold be stay at this hotel again We were on the first floor at the front of the hotel and there was a little occasional trafic noise. Perhaps a room on a higher floor or at the back might have been quieter. |

The cleanliness of the rooms and quality was excellent, I would recommend this hotel based on my own experience there. It is a 10 minute walk from the nearest tube station, but once you've made the trip once then it's fine. |

Durrants is our favorite place to stay in London these days. It has a central location close to 2 tube stops, many restaurants, and good shopping; helpful staff; reasonable price for the city and location; clean and comfortable rooms in an "olde English" style. Great mattress, pillows, & silky cotton sheets. |

An authentic classic British hotel. Loved the period artwork from the early 1700s. The concierge was extremely helpful and personable. They put us in a back room with construction going on right outside our window. No warning about that. Had to ask to be moved. |

The double room provided was very small and looked like a single. The twin room we also ordered at the time was large in comparison. Charging ten pounds per day for internet use in your room seems excessive. |

The location was very good, central London and close to tube stations. It was comfortable. It was clean and safe. Our room was small, and I thought that it would have been bigger based on the photos on the website. |

The location and the style. Our room was particularly nicely furnished and a good size for a London hotel. I enjoyed being served for breakfast but choice could be improved, i.e. yogurth and fruit. A pity there are no kettle, no mini-bar, no iron and no bathrobes in the rooms, disappointing for a 4 star hotel. On top the shower was working very badly. |

For central London a little oasis of peace and calm.,surroundings and decor top quality.Bar area was very homely. Breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely attentative and polite, they made you feel special. Only comment was it would have be nice to have tea/coffee making facility in bedroom. |

Excellent customer services, very friendly staff with an international diversity who were very proffesional. We were upgraded to the twin suite and this was excellent, however, the bathroom was very cramped. |

Room (340) was quiet and comfortable, though on the small side. The real bonus of Durrants is its central position, close to the shopping mecca of Oxford Street and Bond Street, and with its own "mini" shopping centre, a class higher than the others, just around the corner in Marylebone High Street. One of the best London museums, the Wallace Collection, is just across the road. |

Quiet location away from traffic noise, allowed for window to be left open for ventilation, bed very comfortable, breakfast - good quality ingredients, cooked well. Pleasent staff attitude, even though the hotel was full. Room required decoration was becoming a bit tired. |

The staff go out of their way to make the guest feel comfortable and the hotel is in an excellent location in London for shopping, restaurants etc. Telephone calls from the hotel switchboard are very expensive. |

De staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a bigger room because we were with kids and that was no problem. Very good breakfast. Nice English ambiance. Close to the shops! |
