"Apartment" I think not...miniture room with microwave and hob yes. The bed was not a double but a three quatre, luckily myself and my husband are small people. Very noisy as the room was under the stairs, bathroom so small we were unable to stand up in the shower without water going everywhere. Staff unfriendly. Ok for backpackers/cheap stay/ good location. |

The room is clean and the ensuite is in top condition The digital tv box is not working. There is no cupboard to hang clothes etc. I dont think drawer is appropriate to be placed in the room. |

The location was very good; the value for money is good for London and the rooms were very clean. The staff was OK and quite helpful. It's great to have the cooking facilities even just for a cup of tea. The rooms are quite small and noisy; unfortunatly, some of the furniture si not suitable for hotel use and seems to fall apart somewhat. |

Hotel staffes were welcoming me and they were very nice to me. Housekeeping lady was really helpful and friendly. I felt really confortable staying at Dylan House. Easy access to Paddington tube station, bus stops and Hyde park. |

Good situation I am really disapointed with the allocated room. - a wall was wet and a humidity smell was to be strongly noticed in the room, we had to open windows during the whole stay. - the room was in the basement... I know we had a 50% reduction from booking.com (60 pounds instead of 120), but I did not pay for a basement room. |

Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to Paddington station, little corner shop near-by, cheap for the money, big bed and nice tv/dvd on the wall absolutely tiny room, i suppose you get what you paid for. if you don't mind the lack of space and not planning to invite guest/ cook a feast, then take it!! |

The inside of the room, plus bathroom and bed sheets were clean. Both rooms offered were too small in relation to overall cost. Kitchen area not adequately equipped eg had no scouring pad or nylon brush to clean pans,no drying cloth was provided. No lift to any floor, heavy suitcase had to be carried up three flights of stairs. |

The location of the accommodation to the train station Staff did not exude customer service - if anything didnt really care whether you were happy or not. Also when trying to discuss about problems it was as if you were talking another language. Was very frustrating. |

Good service. Responsive attendants. Ready assistance in all areas even when I needed medical attention. Room and bed could be larger |

Good location, reasonable price, friendly staff - good shower and separate toilet Would have been more comfortable with a small wardrobe and chair rather than the extra single bed in the room |

It's terrible to stay in this hotel. First of all, we make a reservation for a twin room, but they give me a bouble room. Secondly, the room is terribley stick and very small ( about 12 m2). They call themselves a 4 stars hotel appartment/studio, but I think they can only worth 1 star. |

The room smelt of sewage, we found bed bugs in the bed, the room upstairs was noisy until 4 in the morning, this is a terrible hotel especially as it claims to be 4 star. |

It was central to where I needed to be. The room was frigthningly small. Bathroom was so small I had to reverse into the shower! Luggage had to be taken up 3 flights of stairs. No elevator. |
