“ Friendly host, Paul, greeted us as we pulled up. Lovely clean, spacious room with a lovely outlook. Excellent breakfast in a beautifully furnished & decorated dining room with a nice outlook onto the back garden. Seaside a 5 minute walk away. Good off- street parking facilities. ”

This large house is just a 5-minute walk from the seafront, local shops and St Leonards Beach. It offers bright, modern rooms, and has a free on-site car park. Paul was very helpful, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. A very good freshly cooked breakfast. All in all a peaceful rest Some of the furnishings bit old fashion but that's personal taste

A good value hotel with a range of room types priced well. Helpful staff and fantastic breakfasts 5 mins walk to seafront Free car parking. Croeso da yma - Safon da Rooms of a good if basicly furnished standard offering tea/coffee No lift available and perhaps some attention needed to carpets

Paul is very nice, and easy with all my changes of plans. Comfortable room, warm and quiet. Would have liked a telephone and a bath, being older I would like to soak in the evening after stressful day.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was cooked well. The room was clean. There was good parking. The pillows were hard. I would like to see the curtains changed as there were some big stains on them.

Very friendly welcome. Comfortable, warm room. Breakfast freshly cooked and very tasty. Overall very pleased with my stay, and represented excellent value for money.

Good size room, comfy beds. nice shower etc. friendly manager & staff. close to front and shops.Car park on site. Excellent breakfast included in price. very nice decor. Free Wifi. nothing for kids to do - Pool table or video game would be good.

Although the bathroom had recently been refurbished it still needed finishing touches - a towel rail would have been nice.

The room was clean and the bathroom was quite new. The shower worked perfectly. The room was very quiet. The location was excellent for exploring Hastings on foot and further afield by car. The owner helped to carry our cases to our room. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. The price was very reasonable.
