Liked the room, big kingsize bed, breakfast ok, The dining room, its just 1 table that seats everbody wich is quite uncomftable. Cheap sausage from coop, made us pay for 2nights when partners mam took bad and we had to go home after only staying 1 night. Was more concerned about her dog than the guests. The place is like a ghost town with nowhere to eat out. The list is endless.

Location, the house itself are just perfect. Very comfortable bed and good breakfast. In our room the bathroom was tiny and with ice-cold floor. That was very uncomfortable. I presume the rooms upstairs must have had better bathrooms, since I found the hotel in the lonely planet book with "top Choice" mark. The bathroom was the only minus about this BB

Our stay at Eagle View was exactly as anticipated, perfect for that quiet romantic weekend away. The rooms were immaculate and very well equipped with everything you would need. The hostess was lovely and very obliging and helpful with local knowledge. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious and always served with a smile and an enquiry of your wellbeing. My husband and I would definately be returning here again.

We stayed 2 nights at Eagle View and enjoyed our stay. It is a great location for walking and the countryside is beautiful. Our room was small, but clean with a lovely big comfy bed. There are a few shops nearby and a pub that does nice food. This is a quite spot, but perfect for what we were wanting for a couple of days. As this is a bed and breakfast, we were a bit surprised that breakfast wasn't included. That was my error and I made the assumption without checking before booking.

My wife and I created our own itinerary through Scotland for our honeymoon. The Eagle View Guest house was on our route and within our budget. The interior of the house as well as our room were beautifully designed and comfortable. The town itself and the neighboring town were small and quaint. Our hostess, Moira, made us feel welcome, and offered us great suggestions on local restaurants and things to do. The only shortcoming for us about the Eagle View Guest House was that there was no option for breakfast during the time of our stay.

Very comfortable guest house with beautifully decorated rooms which had large very comfortable beds. Moira, the owner, was very friendly and she provided a good choice for breakfast. There was nothing I didn't like and I would happily visit again.

The fact that the owners were very kind friendly and were always on hand if you needed them but were never intrusive. A lovely place to stay with lovely food and cosy comfortable rooms with tasteful decor, in an excellent location within close reach of shops ,pubs and restaurants. There are lovely walks and the main a9 road is not far away,

The owners are extremely welcoming and put a lot of effort into looking after their guests. Considerable thought has clearly gone into the decor and amenities , all of which adds to a relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Eagle View to others.

Great location on the main road, very easy to get to. Quality feel the minute you walk through the front door. Hosts both made you feel at home where nothing was too much trouble. Carpets could have benefited from a quick clean.

The guest house is very well-located, being a short walk away from the Scottish Wildcat trail in the Spey Valley. Not only was the guest house beautifully appointed, but the owners are friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. In addition, the breakfasts were by far the best we had at any b and b in Scotland. An absolutely brilliant place to stay, we'll definitely be back.

Great value for money. My room was very clean and was of a high standard, the bed was nice and comfy. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was as good as it gets. I spend most of my time on the road and little gems like this are hard to find.
