People in reception were very kind!! My room was clean and comfortable! Although I didn t eat breakfast, the second day they put more, which was nice. Toaster, microwave, small fridge in my room... perfect!! 2 minutes from the tube!! I am not really sure if the sheet was changed. The pillow cases were clean and ironed, but the sheet i don t think so.. It should be cheaper... but generally it was ok! |

Pleasant atmosphere and staff was very friendly and hapeful. We really enjoyed our stay in Ealing Guest house. I would suggest a little bit more space for the clothes. |

Room was itself was reasonably clean Shared bathroom was not acceptable, it had lino peeling back from the walls, mold on shower curtains, the shower head was broken (held up about waist height by a plastic tie). The room had a bad odor and the corridor outside was very dirty. We did see some other rooms in the hotel and they where much better, they were cleaner, more modern and with en suites. |

it was the worst experience ever!!! the room was dirty, sheets were covered in stains, even blood stains!! and burn holes. The shared bathroom was appalling, very dirty and the bath had a big hole in the side of it, when i finally plucked up the courage to get in the dirty bath/shower, a man walked in even though i had locked the door, showing the lock didn't work. |

Nothing good about this place, health hazzard! Should be closed down, don't stay here and remove them from your listing. What a dump!! I've stayed in some bad places but this wins the prize for worst. The place should be closet down for being a health risk. This is 2008 and there should not be places like this that are allowed to be open to the public. The room was covered in damp, horrible patches of black mould all over the walls, dirty bed sheets, flity bathroom, the heating was broken in Demember! List goes on |

Nothing whatsoever. I suggest you take a look at the basement room we were given. This could not possibly be recommended. Room was shabby, damp on one of the lower walls, filthy waste paper-bin, the radiator didn't work (apparantly the boiler had recently broken), there was no key to our door (apparantly the last people staying had taken the key with them by mistake), the toilet & shower available were not of a barely acceptable standard & one was blocked, carpet leading to them from our room was severely stained. |

Nothing. It was filthy, damp everywhere, public toilets are cleaner than the bathrom was. Bedding was old and grotty. Tv didnt work, window didnt close due to broken catch, no staff available, no towels. This was more like a drop in centre than a guest house. I recomend you remove this hotel from your listings. Ill sleep in car rather than return here. Seriously I aint joking it is filthy |

Location Room, toilet, everything very very dirty. House is under renovation and totally not suitable to rent out. The authority should ban their license. Poor breakfast and take inside your own dirty room. The hotel staff is staying at the same house but he is not attending any door bell (even you press like mad), you have to call the hotel staff using your own mobile phone. Reception area - scrap yard. |

Nothing. We left after one night. Everything. It is not a hotel. It is the same as Plymouth Asylum Seekers Hostels. The accommodation is totally inadequate as a Guest House. No toilet paper, soap, towels. Breakfast never arrived. Could not find anyone to talk to in the morning. No hot water at night. This property should not be advertised on the website as a Guest House. This property should be investigated. |

Location and parking There was nothing else to like. Staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful. Bathrooms were disgusting. There was no toilet paper until we asked and then the roll we were supplied was moved from one bathroom to the other. One bathroom had a broken toilet seat, the other a broken window. Breakfast items consumed first day were not replaced. No hot water. Avoid!!!!! |

The person who met us on reception was reasonably friendly and polite. The location was near to the tube station and also close to a small Sainsbury's store which was useful. I'm sorry to say that I was thoroughly disappointed with mostly everything and find it hard to believe that this hotel was booked on a reputable web site. The stairs up to the building were numerous and steep making it very hard for anybody with luggage to manage. The building and entrance hall was run down and gave the impression of being unclean. Our room was dingy with no on-suite facilities. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. |
