Tv not working, WiFi poor, room dirty and old
Worst hotel ever Bitten by bed bugs. We are still unsure whether the bug has travelled with us from the hotel to our home. It is very depressing. Worst room ever do not go there..... Booking.com please erase this hotel from your system...
Everything despite location
most of it
Everything. This place should be condemned. It is DISGUSTING. How a business can exist on this basis is beyond me. All the feedback should be taken seriously. I had to stay as a last minute necessity. A park bench would have been cleaner, safer and certainly better value. Oh and they tried to make me pay twice.
Dirty room, v dirty toilets below European standards
The location is good and quite cheap
There is noise of trains because there is a station It's hard to sleep
Very pleased considering we only paid £40 for a great location and a warm bed for the night
The shower had no hot water
Only the location really close to Earls court station
Room size was okay, close to the tube station, receptionist was friendly.
No kettle, TV didn't work, carpets need changing, room needs redecorating, need better curtains, etc
Nothing good except location
I arrived during the night so i had to pick up my key from another hotel , 2 minutes ago. When i got there, there was no key for me or any note that i would be arriving, eventhough i had called during the day to make sure i can check in at night. In the end i was given a key. When i entered the room, i realised there was another couple sleeping in it, although the guy at the desk was under the impression the room was supposed to be free. The second key i received was to a vacant room.
so annoying near the underground and we can clearly hear noise till 1 AM. No wi-fi signal in room. Feel so unsafe with almost broken lock.
It was great to leave, as early as possible, the next morning.
Extremely: - HOT room due to hot water tank, placed in this specific room = CRAZY - Dirty room - Dirty (shared) bathroom - Small room - Stinking room - Stinking bathroom - Bad service = no service - Noisy - due to location right out to VERY busy railways Impossible to sleep, because You have to choose between a closed window, which will turn the room into a sauna - or an open window, which will allow the horrible noise fully to enter the room. Only good advice from me: STAY AWAY...!
Only the location
Really Dirty ,abandoned building , noisy, uncomfortable ,only stairs, just next to the tube s railway, knocking at the doors at 4 am, asking to pay in advance before seeing the room.very disappointed .
There is only one advantage which I can see.. location.
It was a disaster. Bathroom was dirty and mouldy. We were too scared to take a bath. Bedroom was horible. Sink in room was also mouldy. When lying on bad you can fill the springs from mattress.
The train was just behind the room hence it start noisy early in the morning. The bed and linen was old and dirty.
Location was alright. It wasn't too hard to access by tube and there were some nice shops and cafes near by. Nothing else recommends this place
Bed was missing slats to support mattress. Toilets in bathrooms did not work consistently. Counter in bedroom was held up with a poorly cut 2 x 4, and the drawers didn't open properly. Room overlooked the tube and trains went by beneath our window very regularly all evening and morning.
The location was perfect.
From the moment we walked in I felt very uneasy. The man on reception appeared to speak limited English. When we got to our room we were both appalled at the state of it. The dirt and dust made the place look as though it had been done up for a halloween party. The cobwebs on the lampshade actually look like they had been sprayed on! The window was not secure and was fastened together with a hairband. The tv was very dusty and did not even work. There was builders foam blocking up mouseholes. There were holes in the floor. I would describe the bed as rusty springs on legs. The chest of drawers were broken and had nails dangerously sticking out. I took photo's as evidence. We were that shocked at the state of the place we decided to stay out until the club closed at 6am and just used the place as somewhere to leave our bags. We padlocked our bags together and returned to collect them at 7am. Wouldn't go near that place if you paid me. The door to our room was not exactly secure either. One swift kick and it would have easily opened. Would not feel safe staying there. The place is a joke. I cannot believe they are allowed to stay trading!
near to underground, easy travel
cannot keep luggage for the day checking out, noisy
close to the train station!
Where can i start......the bed conected with L brackets. A sock over the smoke detector mirror held up with washers and screaws and a curtain for a shower curtain. lights hanging off the walls .....DO I NEED TO GO ON???!!!
Is incredible how this hotel could be exist. If you sleep in Hyde Park is much better.
Had good time.
Shower was licking
Everything else! Dirty, cramped, lack of any facilities that worked. Shower was a failure even if you could get into it. Continually wet floor in that room. Totally run down and disastrous. Booking.com is discredited by allowing this sort of place to call itself a hotel It is nothing of the sort.
