The train was just behind the room hence it start noisy early in the morning. The bed and linen was old and dirty.
near to underground, easy travel
cannot keep luggage for the day checking out, noisy
close to the train station!
Where can i start......the bed conected with L brackets. A sock over the smoke detector mirror held up with washers and screaws and a curtain for a shower curtain. lights hanging off the walls .....DO I NEED TO GO ON???!!!
Is incredible how this hotel could be exist. If you sleep in Hyde Park is much better.
Had good time.
Shower was licking
Everything else! Dirty, cramped, lack of any facilities that worked. Shower was a failure even if you could get into it. Continually wet floor in that room. Totally run down and disastrous. Booking.com is discredited by allowing this sort of place to call itself a hotel It is nothing of the sort.
Location was quite good but....
There is no hot water in shower and very not clean
Only one clean thing was toilet.
almost everything. Reception, bathroom, room, hygiene etc.. everything
Location and night clerks. Italians, very nice and helpful.
Shower was scary- very moldy. Mattresses hard and sagging in middle. Bedspreads not clean. Day clerk barely spoke english so it was difficult to communicate. Lots of street noise
I liked the staff and the location a lot. It's so near the underground and round of it we have supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
But the room where we stayed was on thr 3rd floor without lift and it was so hard to carry the bags upstairs.
it was cheap
i had to wait 15mins till someone come and open the door although i had informed them my arrival time. the staff couldn't find the key for my room and gave us another room which was cheaper (we were three and booked a room for 3 but they gave us a room with a double bed only). room was dirty and it was just next to the railway. water tab was leaking. no kettle in the room. bed was horrible. and they were blaming us why booked it after 10 pm!
Location is close to tube.
This was a terrible
Sorry, nothing, not at all.
Bed bugs, springs sticking up thorugh the sheets poking your back, noise from the underground, literally hobos living there, impossible to lock the door, mould everywhere, the list goes on…
the location next to the metro, nice area.
dirty, noisy, no services, they didn't change the towels,.....
Low price. Good location, with subway nearby, close to the many museums. Can rent a bike and cycle to Hyde Park and other famous places. Many restaurants or cafes to eat at.
TV does not work. Wifi signal poor.
Nothing at all
The location is easy to get to from the train station.
The bed was uncomfortable, the room dirty, it was so close to the train tracks that we had to take sleeping pills to get any shut-eye at all. Wouldn´t recommend it.
Bathrooms were soaked with water
It was close to the comic convention at Earls Court, our main target for our 5 days in London. Otherwise not much else...
Now that's a long one: - POOR Reception: Girl mixed up our leaving date and that way although we paid less that time (thought the credit card charge for one night stood) we had to pay when leaving for the bus back home. Very unconfortable and nobody said sorry the receptionist guy told us the girl is a newbie. - VERY POOR Room Conditions: Honestly our room was nothing near the photos they provided. - NOISY Room Doors: They sounded like hammering on the wall... - CLEANER Staff didn't respect us asking no cleaning for a day, they even removed our sign. Overall a bad experience but we lived through it at least. And that's really something to say! - Would we be getting back again? - Because of the closeness to the convention it's a maybe. - Would I recommend it to anybody? - Definitely NOT!
The fact that there didn't seem to be any rats
We were given the wrong keys on arrival by unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Our room was in the basement and had no lock on the window meaning thieves could easily have come in. The room was filthy, although the sheets were reasonably clean, and the toilet had a layer of water on the floor with hair floating around in it where someone had obviously given themselves a haircut. Despite bringing earplugs the noise of the tube made sleeping after 6am impossible. Don't be drawn in by cheap room cost - either pay a little bit more or look further out of the centre of London. By far the worst place I've ever stayed
Location & price.
Room was in poor condition and did not look like the picture on the booking website. Everything about the hotel was in poor condition and state of maintenance.
location, on the way to Heathrow
Catastrophic look of the room and bathroom
quite good location
everything was terrible
