Close proximity of where we wanted.
Shower was not cleaned properly as razor head was near the plug plus hairs in the plughole, also found a few "dark" hairs on the bed sheet so we dint sleep on that,
Breakfast , very helpful ,
No towels or soap
The room was tiny, you could only watch BBC 1 as there was no control and you couldn't turn it over on the TV itself, it felt unclean and grubby, we didn't have the breakfast provided because of the cleanliness, tiles were broken and pushed up on the ceiling.
Location was fab, right on the promenade close to everything. Mo, the landlord was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. We booked a twin room but was pleased to be told that there was a problem with our room and had been upgraded to a massive sea view room with a four poster bed. If it wasn't for the very rude idiots in the room next door, we would have have an amazing night at the Earlesway.
Unfortunately for us, we had extremely bad neighbours in the room next door. Not did the couple of next come in and have a full blown fight at 4 - 5am, they then proceeded to have very loud 'make-up sex' until about 7.30am - 8am. No amount of banging on the wall or shouting to keep the noise down was stopping them. All in all we managed around 45 mins sleep all night.
Dirty no parking would never go back. Had to book somewhere else to stay so unhappy
Staff were friendly.room was clean and comfy had drinks from bar breakfast was nice .very chilled out
Location was great :-) Mo was friendly and helpful x
The hotel wasn't very clean and it's smelt dirty. The rooms were dirty, black mould in the shower.every where was dusty , the front window need a good clean. If this place was cleaned up it would be a gold mine.
Manager was lovely and was chatty. Location was right on the front
Rooms a little outdated but that's all
Not clean, poor breakfast very dated
Good location. Cheap. Staff great
Had a lovely stay in the four poster room on the top floor. Great location for both day and night. Owner Mo is friendly and helpful. Great value for money.
Breakfast was a little early after a night on the town and I'd prefer check out to be nearer 12.
The staff and breakfast.
The rooms needed a good scrub and a lick of paint
the owner Mo was lovely made us feel right at home, even our little dog was welcome. great vfm would look to stay again next time we visit blackpool
rain on arrival lol
Nothing, I couldn't wait to check out the following day.
The whole experience of staying there.
Nice friendly staff
friendly staff. got room upgrade. lovely breakfast
Location was good as close to all amenities.
Hotel had a distinct smell of wet dog, this was proven when in the bar area as dog beds were lying, although no dogs were seen. The bedroom did not have a mirror in the room which made it extremely difficult to do hair etc, like wise bathroom had mirror but no plug for hair dryer etc!
The fact that we had a bay window for sea view. The owner was a nice man. The Room was liveable in
Towels weren't changed daily, Shower head to low. The hotel is run down a little and is in need of a little renovation
The room smelt foisty The carpet was worn, the furniture was poor, The curtains had hooks missing and were stained The bathroom was dirty The ceiling had half the paper missing, the coving paint was all peeling, the room was supposed to have a flat screen tv but had an old fashioned 12" portable with a separate freeview box, the picture was awful and the the signal was even worse. The picture was pixalating and going off and you had to keep switching the box on and off at the mains to reset it. Our room was situated next to the communal toilets so had to endure the squeaking floors and banging doors throughout the evening. The floorboards of the room above squeaked constantly and had to listen to them from 6 am Sunday morning. Our room was also above the kitchen so from 7 am the room was filled with the smell of cooking. I wouldn't stay there again. Mo and his wife are lovely people but the room was not acceptable. When I booked the hotel the pictures on the website showed modern, clean rooms with flat screen tv'S.
Nothing its disgusting hotel should be demolished
Everything. Absolute disgrace. Environmental health should definitely be involved
The food was especially good
Rooms were a bit shabby.
the value was very good, and the owner was firendly,
room wasnt very clean, found a huge clump of hair on the floor, the dining area was like sitting inside a fridge it was so cold, huge stains on celing, shower was tempermental, and there was no bin in my room
Owner Mo is a great guy, trying his best to make you enjoy your stay. Location is really good.
Rooms are just half clean. A shower looked so dirty we rather didn't use it. On a top floor, on a windy night, noise from banging stuff on a loft. Strong draft due to crack under the windowsill. Rooms in need of repair and good clean.
