Staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Room was really good standard. Breakfasts were exceptional. Little extras like mini scones in room show the extra mile the staff go to. Not good for parking but that is the same for most of Keswick

Our excellent hosts made our stay welcoming and comfortable. Our room was well appointed and cosy.Great location for strolling into the town for evening drinks or meals. We would unreservedly recommend Easedale to others. Very, very minor niggles.Wifi, advertised as available in rooms, only worked on our ipad in the dining room. You had to 'run around' to get wet under the bathroom's electric shower.

Three of us stayed for 2 nights and had a blast. Never been to the Lake District before yet alone Keswick. Danny and Bernie made the trip a pleasure and were very helpful with local knowledge. Great town but better accommodation. Large bed in main room and single bed in second bedroom giving 16yo daughter her privacy. Lounge downstairs if you need your own time otherwise a plethora of pubs, attractions to do whilst you are there.

Great proprietors, very friendly. Brilliant breakfasts, great location close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Extra touches like chocolates on our pillows and a surprise cake. Nice ambience. Initially finding a parking space, but fine after that.

Comfortable beds (twin room) with all that we needed in the room. Breakfast was excellent though had to order and state time night before. Excellent location for reaching shops, places to eat, theatre etc. Ensuite shower-room very small- a larger person would need to keep the door open for roomy drying off or comfort at the sink. On street parking was not a problem for us but could be for others in peak season.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Easedale House. It was in a great location in Keswick, the owners were very friendly, and breakfasts made with great care and were delicious. The bed was extremely comfy which is a big plus for my 6"4 husband too. All in all, we'd definitely return.

I loved everything about Easedale House! For starters, there is convenient street parking all around the hotel, which is a nice (free) change of pace from so many other places that only have pay parking available nearby. Danny and Bernie, the husband and wife who run Easedale House, are two of the friendliest, most helpful and accommodating people you'll find. Everything they offered was wonderful, from the very clean and well-appointed room with a nice view, to the delicious breakfast and nicely-decorated dining room, to the easy-going way that either of them will gladly have a lengthy conversation with you if you like. I hadn't spoken to any locals for any length before coming to Easedale House, but both Danny and Bernie were glad to talk with me, and it really made my trip take a big turn for the better. And two days after I stayed there, I came back through Keswick, and was in need of some temporary rain gear. I didn't know who else to ask, so I went into Easedale House, and Danny kindly greeted me, asking if I was ok, and happily pointing me in the direction of some shops that had a good chance of carrying what I was looking for. This place is very easy to find, is very close to a number of restaurants and shops, is located in a wonderful little town amidst beautiful natural surroundings, and is an excellent value for money. For me, this was the best place I stayed during my two weeks in the UK, which included ten other hotels, and there's no doubt that it will be my only choice for a place to stay when I come back to The Lakes District! The only possible thing I could think of that I didn't like was that check-in time is strictly between 4pm and 8pm, but honestly, that's not a big deal.

Very convenient for the town centre which was less than a minutes walk away. Saying that, Easedale house is tucked away down a very quiet street so I was not disturbed by traffic noise. Lovely breakfast with a good choice of options. The owners were very friendly and made me feel at home. I would highly recommend.
