The house and gardens were very nice. Also the lady who ownes it is very friendly and helpful. If you are in this area, l do not think you could find a better bed and breakfast.

The room was a good price and was spacious clean quiet and had good bathroom facilities. It had a good restaurant and the breakfast was well cooked and sourced locally where possible.The staff were friendly and helpful.

The guest house was in a good location being an easy walk into Banbury. Free car park, we had the ground floor bedroom next to the dining room which didn't prove a problem, the staff were friendly, and Debbie was very helpful. We would stay there again.

We didn't like the pillows as they were very flat and I would bring my own next time but that is a personal choice.

The food was fantastic and staff so welcoming. Debbie was more than helpful in helping us relax and going out of her way to make sure we had a great weekend away.

Loud extractor fan in toilet. Evening meal not very good..overcooked and dry, a pity as service and ambience were good.

Friendly owner. Nice non-greasy breakfast. Considering it is on a very main road, the double-glazing worked a treat. No noise to be heard at night. Easy walk into Banbury which is delightful.

Rooms were cold in February and rather dim looking.

A very pleasant five night stay. A very warm welcome from Debbie, and the staff, without exception, were charming. Our room (12) was characterful and spacious. Breakfast was varied and well cooked with quick service. All in all, I would recommend Easington Guest House and will return - in fact I have already booked for later this month!

Location was fine

Wifi did not work in the guest house including in the reception area. Breakfast is served from 7:30 when I start working at 7:45. Room was very small could not move. I had to crawl to access the wardrobe. With low beams I had to bend down when walking in the room

We were made most welcome. The location is very central for bus or train or walking into town. We took local buses out to points of interest. The full size bath was glorious!

One afternoon we got home to discover the restaurant was closed as "it was quiet". Too cold to go out again for a meal... Also, take a look in the wardrobe for the extra pillows... We needed them

Friendly welcome, very comfortable twin room and excellent breakfast. There is lots of accommodation available in Banbury but I was delighted with my choice and recommend this bed and breakfast place.

Smell in shower room. Décor uninspiring. Expensive for what it was. Appalling scrambled eggs, which were returned and replaced with poached eggs. In our opinion, microwaves ought not be used to make breakfast. Would not recommend this guest house.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was exceptionally clean. The food is delicious. Excellent value for money. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

A great place to stay. Debbie made you most wellcome and could not do enough for us. Will be back next time we are in Banbury.

The building was beautiful, and the Staff friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The breakfasts were really good. The cleaning of the room was very efficient.

The most friendly staff I have ever meet! Debbie and her staff are all extremely nice and it makes you feel like home. The food is really nice and not expensive. If I have to go back to Banbury, I will definitely stay at Easington Guest House again.

This hotel is not four stars.

Friendly, helpful staff. The afternoon tea on Saturday afternoon was fantastic and we all enjoyed it. The dining room was set up with a table for us all and the Victoria sponge and scones were still warm from the oven. Totally delicious! The hotel is old and therefore quirky, but the rooms were warm and comfortable. Good range of choices for breakfast.

Entry was via a keypad which stopped working, and this meant we had to wait for the door to be opened when we got back from dinner. It would have been helpful to have keys for this eventuality so guests could be independent. The staff did call the service company. There was hot water, but it was extremely difficult to adjust, so as soon as the cold tap was turned on at all, the water ran cold. The water was, therefore, either very hot or very cold, making showering a choice of scalds or hypothermia, and this was the most disappointing aspect for us. The staff working there can't be held responsible for this, but the owner needs to review the plumbing!
