was made to feel very welcome by Shaun and Hayley, no problem when I got there early, large room with decent en-suite, very comfortable, clean and warm. Great Breakfast, excellent value, close to lots of places of interest
The breakfast was excellent, cooked fresh to order.
The shower water pressure was very poor, had to run around to get wet!!.
having to leave!
Location is good; rural and quiet. Guesthouse itself is pleasant both inside and out. The owners are welcoming, approachable and polite. Rooms are well provisioned with en-suite facilities, TV and many choices of tea/coffee etc. Very clean. All in all recommended
Wi Fi could improve, other than that no grumbles.
Lovely breakfast Nice cotton bedding Clean Pleasant room Quiet
Had to open & shut large heavy gate every time I drive in and out No comfy chair ; Tv too small to see from bed & couldn't sit on end of bed cos of big wooden footboard Too many notices & rules! eg £30 payable if you break the shower??!! (it was leaking like mad anyway)
The breakfast was lovely with local produce and homemade jam and produce. Everything was clean, room was quite and landlady was very helpful when I could not get a mobile signal. Excellent all round stay. Would definitely stay there again. Big thank you so much.
Our hosts were warm and welcoming, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, breakfast was superb. We can't fault it; a perfect b&b
Good size, clean room. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Free secure parking.
The staff were very good and the facilities were also. The breakfast was outstanding. As a frequent world traveller this was my first experience of a B&B, it surpassed my expectations.
The only thing that I didn't like was parking on the road while opening the gate to the property, it made me feel a bit vulnerable.
The room was nice and very clean, the fresh Carnations were very nice. The breakfast was excellent .
The shower was small

Lillies I'm allergic to them.
A B&B with a very friendly atmosphere. I was treated as a member of the family. I definitely would stay there again.
The Wi-Fi on my phone was not a good as I would have liked. Perhaps it was my device.
Location. Shaun's (the owner) friendliness. The lovely garden.
Shower pressure a bit weak. Had difficulty getting Wifi to work.
There is a lovely calm relaxing and welcoming air around the house. Spacious and well equipped bedroom and en suite add to relaxation. The breakfast is superb especially the luxury of freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh laid eggs. Although there was nothing extra we required we knew we could ask
There was nothing more we could have asked of East Burton. We have long car and so arrival and departure with opening and closing of gate was a bit stressful for fear something should come around bend. It didn't. Upon arrival in drive we heard a train whistle past and a helicopter overhead and were concerned. However once inside we heard neither again.
Lovely b&b, lovely staff perfect place to stay
Great location, plenty of parking, within walking distance of station and easy drive to the coast. Friendly and helpful hosts. Large, light room and ensuite shower, spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast.
Can't think of a thing!
Very comfortable and well-maintained. My interest here was to visit the Bovington Tank Museum which is about 3 miles as the crow flies from here. Cab service from the train station to EBH was handy, but since the Tank Museum was farther, I chose to walk to it through the Water Meadow. This is a thoroughly pleasant 30-minute walk through the countryside in nice weather. Might not be so enjoyable in poor weather. I wasn't disappointed by the Museum; best of its kind I've seen.
Good peaceful central location for exploring Dorset. Choice of quality local Inns. Great breakfast and service. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Very comfortable beds. Very attentive hosts. Great full English breakfast - with other choices available. Located with easy access to some beautiful countryside and historic locations such as Corfe Castle.
Sadly we were not able to stay for more than two nights because of work commitments.
A decent sized room. Pleasant staff doing their best to give good value.
While I appreciate repairing or replacing a broken key fob or shower costs money, was it really necessary to state that it would cost £30? Postage for articles left behind is eminently reasonable, but a handling charge of £15 for each and every item? I found this section of the Welcome booklet unwelcoming and off-putting. (And are you aware that your Crunchy Nut Cornflakes' expiry date is in April 2014?)
we were sad not to stay for breakfast as we had an early ferry to catch but would certainly stay again.
The staff were very helpful, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was excellent
Excellent breakfast and friendly hosts.
We stayed in a triple room but there was only seating for two people, which was basic and uncomfortable. Felt the extra adult cost was not value for money.
Owners were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. House and surroundings were idyllic. Room was better than expected, large bed and all the amenities we could need. Beautiful breakfast with all fresh produce including eggs, sausages, orange juice and jam. Beautiful :)
Wifi was down when we arrived as there was a temporary problem with the connection- couldn't be helped and was actually quite nice to escape the internet!!
