we were all upgraded to junior suites, and they were the largest hotel rooms any of us have ever stayed in. we were very grateful, a nice touch. the golf is fantastic, but I'm a member so I would say that. evening meal was excellent and every member of staff who we spoke to or served us, were very nice. |

Surroundings were lovely, staff were nice, bed and room was really nice & comfortable. We brought our golf things but were not allowed to play as we didnt have the correct 'attire' or a handicap certificate-even thoguh on their website it said the golf club welcomes everyone of all abilities! very dissapointed, also due to the miserable weather the spa was fully booked all day so my other half didnt get her treatments she was looking forward too, so we just went to the pool, couldnt use the spa pool as it was broken, we paid extra to have breakfast delivered to the room, it arrived 20 mins late, its was incorrect when it did arrive, waited another 15mins for a the right breakfast-when it arrived it was still wrong-by that stage we couldnt be bothered to complain again as we were so hungry! |

This is a nice big, clean, spacious, modern hotel. Plenty of parking, plenty of space in the room. The en-suite shower was as strong as a waterfall, absolutely wonderful. The swimming pool facilities are very nice. I'm so glad I choose this hotel instead of the over-priced Regency style hotels on the sea-front in Brighton The food in the restaurant wasn't great. We ordered medium done steaks and got well done steaks. I expected better for the price |

Very clean lovely room with great views and everything you need. The location for us was good as we were attending a wedding in the next village, but also easy to get to Brighton no complaints in any direction. |

We liked the helpfulness of the staff, the space and peace and quiet, the rooms and bed size and the beautiful swimming pool. We hope to return occasionally and spoil ourselves again. (Its not far from home either) Everything was very fine, there was no room for critisism |

Beautiful views from the hotel. Quiet hotel. Good value. The food in the restaurant was not good at all. I saw reports that the restaurant was of a high standard, but it was really dissappointing. |

The relaxed atmosphere, space and comfort. Breakfast buffet superb. A better selection of main courses in the restaurant would have been nice, they are very limited. The fish dish was poor. |

Hard to find any fault, very pleasant staff who went out of their way to help even with my disability nothing was too much trouble for them & they were always smiling. We would stay there again any time & we don't play golf. If I had to find fault it would be with the menu! we stayed for three nights but found the menu the same for every night of the week in the restaurant. This was a shame as the service was excellent but due to the lack of menu selection we chose to eat from the bar menu & also from the room service menu just to find something different. It would also have been nice to have had a mini bar fridge in the room after all it was a luxury room with all round balcony with beautiful views. But these were the only slight problems that we found & we have travelled around many places & but we have found these services available in lesser hotels. |

Very comfortable rooms. Staff helpful. Our request for a room suitable for a guest with impaired mobility was easily met and the rooms were close to the public areas. Swimming pool excellent. Very much enjoyed the stay. |
