Very welcoming owners with an excellent knowledge of the area - able to suggest places to visit, walks and local restaurants etc. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated and the location was lovely.

Slightly surprised by being told that breakfast was only served from 8-8:30 am and then asked to state what time within that slot we would expect to eat in the morning - would have anticipated a little more leeway!

Wonderful, friendly, welcoming and informative hosts. Gorgeous setting. Very comfortable, prettily decorated room with crisp, luxurious bed linen and a big, well equipped bathroom. Excellent breakfast...especially the mushrooms! The delightful, sunny courtyard. We will return!

The room was a little on the small size but fine for a couple of nights.

The lovely, crisp, white bed linen and squishy pillows, fluffy towels and hospitality tray in room. The tranquility of the location. The friendly welcome from the owners, Sylvia and Graham.

The shower was a bit hit and miss, being an over the bath affair with mixer taps. Also, no wifi as far as I was aware, although in fairness, I didn't get around to asking and I only missed it as my mobile signal was non existent and I needed to contact a family member via email, as an alternative method. Normally, it wouldn't be an issue.

Sylvia and Graham are lovely hosts; they're very passionate about the local area and happy to give lots of great info on local sites and activities. Breakfast was wonderful. The Farm is lovely with a lovely patio and lawn to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Wifi only available when in very close proximity to the Reception area - it does not work in rooms at all.

Everything.. Wireless internet could have been nearer to the rooms so could have used it from there, but we managed without :) Hosts gave us a lift to the local pub and booked us a table from there, this all was more than we could have expected and we were pleased.

Our room Window leaked some air, so during wintertimes it could be not so nice to have a cold breeze to your room.

We were made to feel very welcome and that the proprietors were there to make our stay comfortable and that they would do their best to sort out any problems we might have . The breakfast was superb and their local knowledge was great. We felt we had a really good break.

Narrow lanes when you travelled to local beaches and places of interest. A pity that the local farmers hadn't got round to cutting the grass edges. (You got used to it but a worrying at first) However this is just a generalisation of the area nothing to do with the excellent stay we had

Hosts were excellent! Kind, helpful. Breakfast was wonderful; tasty and beautiful. Especially enjoyed freshly ground coffee.

Water pressure and extreme trouble regulating temperature on shower and ring attaching shower wand made rinsing off quite difficult and frustrating.

We stayed for 2 nights in the B & B section of the property, our room was spotless, a nice size and with good facilities. The breakfast was excellent, served in a seep rat breakfast room it set us up for the day and the owners Graham and Sylvia made us feel very welcome with information on the local area and in general they were just lovely hosts, making time to chat but also recognising that you need some privacy. The property is set in a quiet location with a lovely courtyard that is a real sun trap. We sat with a glass of wine in the evening and it was lovely. I would have no hesitation recommending this property to friends and family and would happily book for a return visit to East Trewent Farm

There was nothing to dislike about our stay.

Nothing too bad, stock up on some essential goods from the supermarket before going there as no shops around.
