I stayed in Eastbank Hotel with my friends in a big family room, the room was very clean, even it was not an en-suit room, but the sharing bathroom was not a problem at all, as it was clean and smelled evry nice. Staffs were very friendly. Have to metion, breakfast was the best start of the day, I loved my full Scottish breakfast before I went out for my trip. I will saty there agagin. They have sauna in the gym, but I didn't have a chance to experience it.

Location, very close to GlenGrant distillery. I can absolutely not recommend the food in the restaurant, try next-door Chinese take away instead!

So nice: Very cosy hotel, nice clean room, very kind and helpfull people (Maureen, Arthur and Sue) - almost like they want you to be part of their family. Very nice homecooked food (thanks Maureen) - and plenty of it. Parking. Nice bar - also when the locals joined in. We will not say more - because we must be sure to be able to get a room another time: We will surely be back. Central for trips to the whisky trail

The owner and staff are wonderful, service minded and are there when you want them. They bring a home-like environment that invites comfort. I loved staying in a small village and becoming a part of the environment as opposed to being surrounded by tourists. All the fun things to do were within walking or a brief drive.

The hospitality of the owner is excellent (like home). The owner of the hotel is an excellent chef as well. I am looking forward to have the oportunity to stay there again. A table or a chair in the bathroom would be usefull.

Wir waren als Gruppe von 6 Motorradreisenden unterwegs. Der Empfang war super nett. Parkplätze sind im Innenhof vorhanden. Das Essen war klasse und die Lachs und Steak Gerichte sind sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war egal ob Continental oder Schottisch ein Leckerbissen. Die Bar hat einen Auswahl an 101 Schottischen Whiskeys die es sich lohnt zu testen und zu Probieren. Biker sind sehr wilkommen. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt und werden beim nächsten Besuch in der Spye Side hier auf jeden Fall wieder nachfragen ob Zimmer frei sind. Come in and Take a Drink at the Eastbank Hotel. The Home of the Mother of all Bikers. I hope we´ll be back soon.

Die Lage inmitten der Speyside ist wundervoll. Zwei Minuten von der Glenrothes und der Glen Grant Distille. Unterhalb einer kleinen Burgruine (Restmauer). Mit dem Auto ist man ruckzuck in Dufftown. Das Hotel selbt ist auch wirklich ok, die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles ist blitzsauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und man kann das angeschlossene Restaurant nutzen. Frühstück habe ich auch immer verschlafen, wird aber angeboten und von den anderen Gästen geschätzt. Ich habe ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Doppelzimmer bekommen. Das Hotel bietet einen kleinen Wellnessbereich, den ich aber nicht genutzt habe.. Es gibt auch behindertengerechte Zimmer, das finde ich super.

Vores ophold på Eastbank hotel kan anbefales til andre på rejse gennem Skotland.Der ligger et whiskey Destilleri næsten i baghaven på hotellet 10 min gang med en god rundtur samt en flot have.Ejeren af hotellet er en hyggelig gammeldags madmor med gedin gammeldags god mad.Kan varmt anbefales til andre rejesende som ikke kræver luksus men dog renlige værrelser.

Det var 2 underbara kvinnor i 65 år åldern som värkligen bryde sig om sina gäster bra mat frågade om vi ville ha mer mat . det fanns bastu och löpband kanon bra.
