The rooms were very nice and clean

Needed a main lounge for people to sit and chat

Well located for the lake & local pubs/restaurants. Good parking facilities. Well presented room/en suite. Nice breakfast.

Paid extra for a Superior Suite that was situated right next to reception. Curtains were very thin & let in lots of light in the morning.

Local to town, easy walking distance, good choice of eating places in town. Well cooked and choice of breakfast.

The room we stayed in was lovely and the bed was really comfortable. The room was very clean and the hotel was only a few minutes walk away from all the shops and restaurants.

The staff didnt speak much.

This was an enjoyable stay.....one of the best during our travels. The room was huge with lovely french inspired furnishings and furniture. The hostess/owner was so welcoming. The cost was extremely reasonable. Location was brilliant, just a walk outside to the shops and pretty wharf. Breakfast was a la carte, from a menu, which has been the only place I was offered a vegetarian menu, with vegetarian sausage.. My only regret was not having the time to stay an extra few days. Highly recommend this place.

Were really liked the features that the room had to offer e.g. Flat screen t.v, iPod charger/player, iron, hair dryer, cork screw, large king size bed etc. Very friendly staff.

The staff serving breakfast were very helpful & friendly. The location was good. The bathroom was modern & clean. They catered to special dietary needs to some extent

Despite being told we were upgraded to a 'King Size' room, we thought our room was tiny. Very claustrophobic with one small window high on the wall. Instead of the sofa as advertised in every room, we had a small armchair. It was nothing like the rooms shown on the websites which are large with beautiful decor & nice views. Also, I was told my gluten free diet would be provided for- but the alternative was one GF sausage when everyone else had two, and both days my GF toast had hair on it - yuk! The hallways could have been cleaner too.

Lovely spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great location as was in walking distance of the town and was very easy to find. Very relaxed and friendly feel to it. Convenient off-road parking.

After we had checked out, i received a text message from the landlord asking me to call him asap about damage to a TV stand which we hadn't reported. The reason why we hadn't reported it was because we knew nothing of it! We were not forced to pay anything however the tone of the telephone conversation was obviously difficult and left a bad taste after what otherwise would have been a lovely stay.

The room was very large and the bed huge which was great. I always worry that the bed will not be comfortable and this one I wanted to bring home with me. It was a quite location and although the bedroom was ground floor I wasn't disturbed by traffic or people walking past. The breakfast were tasty and served very quickly and the two ladies who did all the work were a credit to your company very approachable and friendly.

Not much choice of channels on the tv with freeview offering these days so much I thought there would have been more. If you have been walking most of the day some times it is nice to have a quiet night watching tv due to working full time it is something I don't often get the chance to do.

Good welcome. Lovely breakfast. Bed was comfortable and nicely decorated bathroom with terrific power shower. Nice to be able to open a window and get some fresh air. Heating extremely efficient. A nice quiet location with 3 parking spaces just outside the hotel with the remaining 5 just around the corner.

Thought breakfast room was a little dull, could have done with brightening up as could the entrance, reception and stairs to both floors.

The room was warm and comfortable with a lovely shower. There was a good choice for breakfast which was excellent.

Lovely room with our own door to outside.Was given key to go into main guest house for breakfast so no hastle at all and breakfast very nice with lots of choice. Room immaculately clean and it even had an iron and ironing board. Perfect way to spend our wedding anniversary in a fantastic location, would stay there again.

The Super kingsize room is truly super, the B&B owners were very friendly and very helpful, breakfast was decent and the B&B is located within a very short walk to the centre of town... Would definately stay again!
