Comfortable, catered well for family. Nice touch was the big teddy bear that joined us for breakfast, making it less obvious that we were a single-parent family with someone missing. Comfy beds, good breakfast, friendly staff, good location. Value for money. Had to move beds away from wall as headboards banged every time you moved in the bed. Having a heavy fire door between us and the bathroom was a bit of a pain - had to wedge this open with a shoe so the children could get easy access in the night. |

Hotel took the whole payment three days before arrival. Only English breakfast was served, when asked unable to provide a couple of cheese slices instead. The door to bathroom could not be closed - kept opening. This was our first stay in south east England, but compared to e.g. Cornwall found it too expensive for the standard provided. |

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the family room was well desighned but be aware its a seperate room, does not have a door and you have to go through it to the bathroom. Very close to the beach about 200yrds, there is off road parking but first come first served. The breakfast wasnt or seemend not to be cooked fresh and they dont do de-caffe coffee |

The thing that enjoy more was the quietness. and the proximity to the sea side. Apart from that nothing else. the breakfast was enough although repetitive. Very sparce fornitures in the rooms, which are also rather small. The TV are absent in most of the rooms or they don't work, the bathrooms are a bit bigger than a wardrove.with just a sik, small shower and a loo, and nothin else, with the towels hangers loose and droping all the time. Although they say that there is free wi-fi conexion it is imposible to use your computer anywhere in the house, and to find a place to ark your car is a great adventure unless you pay and display or want to have your car clampped. The hotel maid, a funny blond lady, asks you for the money at the beginning of you stay and she doesn't give you any receipt even when you ask for it. |

I liked getting to somewhere warm after walking through Eastbourne on quite a cold evening. I liked that more than anything else. I thought the room I was in just a little on the cramped side, would have liked a little more walking space (rather than edging past space). Would have liked a specific vegetarian breakfast option (but member of hotel staff taking my breakfast order helpful and efficient in getting what I asked for). |

Der Host war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt wirklich nah an der Seepromenade. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schmal. |
