Caroline’s place was perfect for the two of us, excellent location close to town very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to everything you could possibly need, Her place is great, decorated to a very high standard, very clean and has everything you could need during your stay. Caroline was also very helpful since the beginning and throughout, available at all times of the day whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend this place and would stay again

Quirky and comfortable with excellent views and Mary was extremely helpful. Turn right out of the property and follow the road to the end and there is a lovely pub for dinner on the right hand side.

Firstly, the extremely central location. In spite of being right in the middle of town, peace and privacy are well considered with window blinds and clever lighting. And the general style of the place made it a delight just to be in and have moments of reflection.

Lovely pub and very convenient location for our trip. It was the little touches that made the difference- being given some fresh milk for use in room. When we went up to the room the curtains had been pulled and a lamp was on, and the radio was playing which made it feel very cosy and inviting. The room was very clean, great choice for breakfast, the staff were lovely and friendly and it was a great price.

Trowbridge is a lovely town in the middle of green pastures.
Trowbridge is a lovely town in the middle of green pastures. It makes a good base to explore Bath, Bradford on Avon and Bristol with good train connections. It is quite flat and easy walking. St James is a lovely old church in the centre which rings its bells with pride.

We went to Trowbridge to visit friends. It has plenty of pubs and restaurants to eat in and a cinema. It is in easy travelling distance of Bath. Buses go into Bath and trains to both Bath and Bristol.

We went to Trowbridge as we used to live there and I was visiting friends. There are plenty of places to eat and there is a cinema. It is in easy reach of Bath but accommodation is cheaper. The hotel is often unmanned so nobody may be there to check you in when you arrive. Before travelling, check that the pool and sauna and health suite are operational and not switched off to save money.

I've requested a confirmation email re the list I left re hotel. Left this Mon reviewed today. Additional cost per dog per day. We had already decided to him him at home with family. Room 14 very small double you had to bum shuffle to get into bed. The curtains were 72inch drop on a 90 odd door covering. Remote control volume stuck on low. This is our second day. It was unfortunate that our room had been double booked for the first night but the owner found another hotel for that night. It was more expensive but he paid the difference and gave us a voucher to use in their restaurant on the second night.
