Nice reception area, good location, comfortable room, good wireless speed. I'd still heartily recommend the hotel but there were several minor issues - odd cobweb on the ceiling, curtain rail cheap and hard to use, low hot water pressure, cheaper tea bags, weak heating (though I like the rooms cooler than most)! Nothing major but for attention to details I felt the sister hotel, the Carlton, next door has the edge. |

Our room was smart and comfortable, and the food excellent. A great setting for a short break Unfortunately the heating was out of action which meant that during evening meals in the dining room it did become quite cool on the first two nights -to be repaired next week. |

Clean, functional I had asked or a twin bed - late in the booking period but I was given a double. The heating was not working but I was brought a vector heater v promptly. There was no pool availible - I would not walk across a road for a pool as I was offered to do |

You can arrive early and complete the registration even though the room isn't available until later. Allows you to park the car there and walk off into the town until whatever time you want. The room was spacious and clean, actually a better size than the one we had in August. Staff were friendly and helpful. |

A very clean hotel which has obviously been refurbished to a high standard. Staff efficient and friendly. Very good food. We had a room with a sea view which was lovely and very comfortable. |

Location Room and bed tiny. It was very cold and the radiator did not work. Room view was of the extractor ducting for the kichten. Flight home was at 9:30 so we missed breakfast which was at 8:00. All this for £73. |

A very nice room with sea view, clean and well serviced. All service staff very friendly and helpful. Matresses were extremely uncomfortable with noisy springs, whenever one turned the other woke up. We were unfortunate enough to experience a fire alarm at 06.30 in the morning. Luckily there was no fire but disappointingly we feel the Management was somewhat lacking in the handling of the situation and also no explanation whatsoever as to what happened was received. |

The room was clean and good size. The staff were very friendly. Lovely location. The outside is quite run down and the walls are very thin. |

Did not stay long enough to complete question 2. Came for an overnight stay only to visit friends. Not at hotel long enough to comment but would like to have been told regarding the availability of the indoor pol next door. |

Overall, the hotel has an excellent location particularly the lounge bar and terrace which overlooks the sea. Peppe the bartender maintains an excellent standard. The breakfast facilities were very good. The rooms however, let the hotel down particulary the sound accoustics which meant that you were privy to all bedroom noises and passing footfall which did not bode for a restful sleep. Would we return? Yes, but just for an overnight stop. |

The staff were friendly and always on hand to assist, but allowed you to enjoy the stay. The rooms were clean and the food first class. Would liked to have stayed longer. |
